這間異國菜餐廳 每一款料理都好出色開業已經好幾年,仲係保持人氣在歌賦街一眾餐廳裏面 這裏有不一樣的感覺半開放式的廚房,加上現代風的裝潢整個感覺很放鬆日間和晚間用餐的感覺也不一樣是很用心的一間餐廳 值得一來再來。/其中很欣賞的一點餐廳選用的食材很新鮮,香料的使用也切合亞洲口味,融合了當地食材和異國香料,有不一樣的感覺,就算平時吃不慣中東菜地中海菜的友人也讚口不絕,還有細節位是,餐牌裏標注:gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian , nuts free, 特別適合關注健康的客人See lunch 定價很不錯 包含前菜,主菜和甜品也有不少客人升級了free flow紅白酒 $68平時一般也不試,推薦!前菜 SEVEN SPICED BABY SQUID 香料烤小魷魚其實有幾款main course 也很想吃 SEVEN SPICED SALMON 七香料三文魚塔布勒沙律三文魚肉汁同樣豐富 配上不同香料是我吃過最好吃的三文魚之一味道令人很難忘 火候也拿捏得很好讓人停不下來SAFFRON CHICKEN 蕃紅花牛油烤雞烤雞是經多重的處理 肉質鮮嫩多汁 ZHOUG SALSA, SUMAC LABNEH, SAFFRON INFUSED BUTTER 每一款配料到是完美的結合有種東方和西方結合的感覺 好吃坐在吧枱還可以欣賞到chef精湛的廚藝CREAMY SWEET LABNEH乳酪奶凍,無花果,紅雜莓果,核桃油賣相一流 而且成份很健康都是天然的whole food特別享受吃好食材 對身體沒有負擔BAGHLAVA MILLIE FEUILLE-核桃杏仁焦糖千層酥餅,雲尼拿雪糕終於有幸吃到這款純素甜品,幾次也吃不到,有點像拿破崙一樣,有着豐富的口感,吃之前上焦糖醬汁,味道真的超好,誠意推薦這款甜品,就算兩個人分享也不錯,建議每人吃一款不同的甜品,這裏的甜品,比起不少甜品店跟出色飲了幾杯酒沒有特別記下名稱但重點是這裏的酒也有寫acid level 和 FRUITY level 可以很好,比較一下不同的口味隨便挑了也不錯 continue reading

Bedu(中環)最近去了一家位於中環的一家中東餐廳享用了豐富的美食-煙燻鷹嘴豆瞽這道菜的煙燻味道十分濃郁,鷹嘴豆的質地滑順,搭配香濃的調味料,讓人一口接一口。淋上些許橄欖油,增添了層次感,是開胃的好選擇。-扁包這款扁包外脆內軟,口感非常好。搭配煙燻鷹嘴豆瞽一起享用,無疑是完美的組合。它的香氣和質感都讓人印象深刻,適合用來沾醬。-香料烤小魷魚這道香料烤小魷魚色香味俱全,魷魚鮮嫩多汁,搭配特製香料的調味,讓人感受到濃郁的中東風味。每一口都充滿了驚喜,絕對值得一試。-蕃紅花牛油烤雞這道烤雞外焦里嫩,肉質鮮美,搭配蕃紅花的香氣,更是提升了整體的風味。牛油的香濃感讓人陶醉,是我最喜歡的主菜之一。-核桃杏仁焦糖千層酥餅雲尼拿雪糕甜品部分的焦糖千層酥餅非常驚艷,酥脆的外皮和香甜的核桃杏仁內餡相結合,口感層次豐富,令人回味無窮。雲尼拿雪糕的口感滑順,甜而不膩,為整餐畫上完美的句號。搭配焦糖千層酥餅更是絕配,讓人感受到中東甜品的魅力。總體而言,這次的中東餐飲體驗讓我滿意,菜色各具特色,風味獨特,值得推薦給喜愛嘗試新口味的朋友們。 continue reading

最近中環比較熱鬧,除了海旁的AIA Carnival,上到半山有PMQ的「茶」文化市集🍵。不過去品茶吃茶點前,還是要吃個正餐,星期日當然要來個豐富的brunch才有儀式感 在PMQ旁有家吃中東菜的很有格調來個不一樣的3-course brunch,跟家人摯友把酒談心,來個free-flow也只是+$98🍷Cocktail和mocktail都很有誠意,有自家製的black pepper syrup,而且酸甜度夠平衡 特別欣賞用beetroot汁做的mocktail,大膽但易入口,沒有草腥味,反而是甜甜酸酸的。🍫杜拜開心果朱古力熱潮不斷,除了濃郁開心果醬外,最大特徵是中間夾著的炸麵條,其實是來自土耳其的kataifi🇹🇷——將麵粉搓成非常幼的條狀再落油鑊炸,所以其實不是港式茶樓的炸米粉,但口感很是相似,而且也是用作配syrup吃。這裡就能吃到甜品版的杜拜開心果朱古力,淋上nutty的朱古力焦糖漿,配開心果雪糕甚至也有點黏稠,不知是否也像土耳其的加入了蘭莖粉🍦。中東菜signature一定要提鷹嘴豆泥,這家的hummus是我們在香港吃過的數一數二tahini與chickpea的比例剛好,水油平衡令口感夠幼滑,香氣由smoked paprika點綴,最可口是中央放了濃汁羊肉及caramelised onion🧅,夾在有grill mark的pita bread中間吃🫓,加上橄欖油真的好好吃🫒另一個可以夾在pita bread中吃的是香烤芝士,中東菜絕對將grilled cheese帶至另一境界🧀,重點是淋上大量蜜糖🍯再用鑄鐵pan grill,看那氣泡sizzling好治癒🫧,而且還用心的用🪻lavender infused honey,加上rosemary更是香氣撲鼻🌿另外兩個前菜則是較清新的選擇,如沙律是有番石榴、🍅番茄、🥒青瓜、生菜🥬並淋上清新油醋汁,而上面灑上炸過的pita bread碎就為之Fattoush Salad🥗烤八爪魚腳彈牙🐙,下面放的是中東菜很常見的Zhoug sauce——coriander🌱、蒜頭🧄、紅椒等做的酸汁,同時也會在salsa中出現。解膩後主菜要heavy一點也可以 set menu有非常多主菜選擇,我們點了鴨腿及牛肉丸🧆 kofta是中東菜中由免治肉做成的肉丸,比西式的肉丸更多汁和富有香料的flavourful,蘸🍅番茄醬Iskender sauce及greek yogurt吃更為美味 至於烤鴨腿軟腍得用叉也能撕開鴨肉,面層鴨皮輕輕香烤過,內裡肉嫩多汁帶甜味,配爆汁新鮮黑莓的果甜味更是一絕店員們都很友善,就算感覺很chill也不會令人覺得service很怠慢,絕對是舒暢的weekend brunch——————————————————Weekend Brunch Menu ($395pp):- Mezze Platter (Hummus Bel Laham |🫓Pita Bread | Fattoush Salad🥗)- 🍯Honey Baked Feta🧀 (+$40) Harissa Octopus🐙(+$40)- Roasted Duck Leg🍗Beef Kofta🧆- Crunchy Kataefi💚(+$25)-Cocktail Pink Sumac🍸($105)Mocktail Red Earth🍷($65) continue reading
