今晚跟好友去中環吃中東菜慶生。BEDU借鏡中東遊牧民族菜式, 餐廳裝修有格調, 半開放廚房及吧枱, 可以欣賞廚師烹調過程; 亦感受到廚房中飄來那濃郁的中東香料及陣陣煙燻香氣先來Mocktail - 清新的Green Garden有青瓜汁、檸檬汁、薄荷黑胡椒糖漿加蘇打水, 及酸酸甜甜, 以橙汁、葡萄柚汁、石榴和薑糖漿混和的Sunrise我們選了Chef’s Menu, 前菜Mezze Platter有signature dish煙燻鷹嘴豆泥, hummus軟綿香滑, 細味下有橄欖油+芝麻醬的微香, 佐以醋醃漬的紅菜頭、青瓜、甜椒及紅蘿蔔, 以及Spinach Labne菠菜乳酪, 夾在麥香濃郁的 flatbread一起, 非常滋味 特別喜歡的Honey Baked Feta, 以薰衣草蜂蜜烤製希臘乳酪, 再以熱得燙手的小煎pan上桌時仍熱得滋滋作響; 上面放了脆薯絲作配搭, 乳酪軟燸香滑, 一鹹一甜非常有趣Chef's Special以微辣蕃茄醬烹調的八爪魚, 口感柔軟, 兩種味道同樣新鮮, 誰也搶不了風頭Maitake Mushroom 是濃郁的舞茸菇配上生菜、松子及辣椒蛋黃醬, 及以杏仁、藜麥和沙律菜為主的Tabouli; 還有Spiced Rice 蕃紅花果仁飯, 加入果仁提子增加口感, 飯底吃來有輕輕的牛油香慢煮雞腿味鮮香濃, 肉質嫩滑得有點訝異, 加上豐富的香草醃料及藜麥沙律, 吃來比一般雞肉更加惹味傳統中東甜品Konafa 金絲蜜酥, 以開心果雪糕再加玫瑰糖漿, 簡單材料但複雜的口感, 既熱又脆, 有點黏卻又有雪糕的冷凍, 最重要是非常好味, 十分出色的甜品 continue reading

今日去食街歌賦街,揀咗呢間特色中東菜,就係著名長龍牛腩店斜對面🤣餐廳有分Dining Table同Counter Table,餐廳採半開放式廚房設計,可以見到入面煎板炸爐等等運作,Chef仲係吧檯預備各式前菜同埋擺盤👍🏻Set lunch由$220起,有6款主菜可以選擇,有齊海鮮、雞肉、羊肉同素食選擇,食物敏感標示清晰🌟前菜第一款煙燻鷹嘴豆蓉十分惹味,時令醃菜有紅菜頭、蘿蔔和辣椒,酸甜較硬身有咬口算好胃,最後有烤小魷魚配羅勒香菜鷹嘴豆泥,小魷魚爽脆彈牙,羅勒味香濃獨特🌟主菜第一道係香料烤雞,火喉控制比較好,仲保留到嫩滑多肉汁既食感;第二款係烤羊肉串,係鐵板煎熟後再用火槍增添焦香味,入口燒油脂十足,肥瘦適中有些少咬口筋位,配上炸蕃薯條🌟甜品核桃杏仁焦糖千層酥餅配雪糕,酥餅幾香脆,兩大球雲尼拿雪糕再淋上焦糖,邪惡之選;口感上比較鍾意金絲蜜酥配雪糕🍦有冰火二重天,金絲蜜酥酥脆香口,開心果蓉有口感🌟飲品餐酒吧都好出名,佢地自家調酒都係有中東特色,酒精濃度高得黎有果香同花香襯托 continue reading

週年紀念到了男朋友在中環預約好的BEDU餐廳吃中東菜。裝修舒適,富濃厚的中東氛圍感,播的音樂輕快有趣,相當放鬆。廚房設計用半開放式,能讓我們看到外國帥氣大廚煮食的風彩,途中更可嗅到一陣陣香料氣息,令客人完全融入其中。店員好親切的介紹每樣菜式,包括成份,並會詢問有沒有什麼食物敏感,行為貼心。SPARKLING WINE有氣酒,甜香易入口,非常好配搭這菜式。前菜賣相一流PITTA BREAD中東扁包烤得軟熟,樣子吸引,有條紋,入口有酥油香,份量足,加上配料美味得很。FATTOUSH SALAD青瓜🥒羅馬生菜跟蕃茄和蔥均新鮮,咸咸醒神的香料,沙律脆綠,帶微辛,一減夏日的炎熱。HUMMUS BEL LAHAM羊肉做得有咬口,同時又很細軟,獨特的松子仁令調味加重,香草🌿煙燻鷹嘴豆泥超軟綿,配上特制的洋蔥香料,少少辣,口味很特別,滿油香,卻不膩。口腔内同時有幾種質感,同時又不違和。SCALLOP CEVICHE 男朋友最喜歡的,以香蔥多汁的石榴作點綴,脆皮麵包沾上羅勒油,帶果香的醃漬芒果🥭薑黃奶拌上酸檸汁醃帶子,配上青瓜,口感清爽,鮮味滿分。FALAFEL 鷹嘴豆炸餅,熱騰騰,很香口,炸得不硬,格具中東味,醃芒果芝麻醬和松子仁蕃茄香草醬均有風味,連底下的蔥料,吃得一點也不剩。吃畢前菜幾乎已滿足致飽,店員會更換碟子準備吃主菜😍GRILLED SALMON紅紅橙橙的太美麗喇😎烤三文魚弄得恰好,魚皮香脆,外脆內軟,魚肉挺滑,配上香蒜開胃的乳酪菠菜跟合桃香料和紅菜頭,整道菜五彩繽紛,甜中帶咸,引人入勝。SLOW COOKED LAMB慢煮羊肉配香料石榴蒔蘿飯,飯質感煙靭,羊肉比前菜吃到的,肉質更嫩滑,配上獨特的香料,石榴及脆脆等嘴内有異國風,由於前菜款多,再吃蒔蘿飯實在蠻飽肚。甜品要了BAGHLAVA MILLE FEUILLE合桃杏仁焦糖千層酥餅擺盤漂亮,店員們在客人面前淋上柔美的焦糖醬汁,濃郁的雲呢拿雪糕下手大方,酥皮酥脆甜蜜,充滿果仁芬芳,簡直是冷熱交替,冰凍可口,內外兼備的甜味作結。食後感:這兒主打貝都因風格、北非以至中東地區在沙漠中居住的遊牧民族菜式,感覺好新穎,連一碟一杯一盤子亦是一絲不苟。 continue reading
