I had a pleasant fine dining experience with my old friend here.Appetizer is Warm White Asparagus, the slices of pata Negra ham are surprisingly savouring. The white asparagus are sweet and tender, with a lightly smoked taste of ham, and a little refreshing taste of lemon emulsion. 😋Marinated Amberjack is extraordinary juicy with oscietra caviar, the amberjack is smooth and mouthwatering, with the caviar and anchovy sauce enlarged the refreshing taste, it’s one of my favourite entree.Chocolate S

非常用心既精緻意大利經朋友介紹特地黎到銅鑼灣試一試呢個意大利餐館。一入到去裝潢已經令我眼前一亮，入到去坐低，佢既環境更加會令你有一種好高貴好高格調既感覺。除非之外，特別想讚一讚佢既服務，服務員既態度我十分欣賞，親切而且有禮貌，我食都食得好有親切感。Warm white asparagus調味恰到好處既白盧筍，配合幾片濃味少少既hams，絕對係天作之合，兩種食材既互相作用令我印象難忘。Mayura beef tenderloinTenderloin絕對係一隻牛最軟嫩既部份，瘦得黎完全唔會出現難咬既情況，牛味又夠，我特別推薦女士們食。廚師既火喉同時間控制恰到好處，完美發揮呢塊靚肉既潛力。Chocolate souffle食完咁好既主食，竟然甜品都係咁出色。香噴噴既chocolate cream既香氣已經引起我既二次食慾，食落佢既甜度亦恰到好處，食完唔會有罰惡感，食得出店家既心思。最後，朋友既介紹絕對係好推介，下次會再帶朋友黎食。
