I had a pleasant fine dining experience with my old friend here.Appetizer is Warm White Asparagus, the slices of pata Negra ham are surprisingly savouring. The white asparagus are sweet and tender, with a lightly smoked taste of ham, and a little refreshing taste of lemon emulsion. 😋Marinated Amberjack is extraordinary juicy with oscietra caviar, the amberjack is smooth and mouthwatering, with the caviar and anchovy sauce enlarged the refreshing taste, it’s one of my favourite entree.Chocolate S

Chocolate Souffle is beautifully baked and wonderfully crunchy on the thin top, when I spoon into it there’s a light crack! Inside is soft and creamy, rich in taste and satisfying, pairing well with gelato. Definitely will come back again 🥰
