今日又同老公一齊放假，咁梗係去食好野啦！今日行過尖沙咀，見到哩間由開既時候，就經常排長龍既Cafe,難得今日唔洗排隊，梗係即刻去試啦！哩度所有既服務員都係講國語，務求令到客人有係台灣食飯既感覺，不過你唔識講唔緊要，佢地係聽得明廣東話既。我地被安排到坐係路口既位置，但今日既客人都唔係好多，所以都好舒適。我地睇左一陣餐牌，就決定左叫佢地出名既Classic Chicolate Waffle 同Party in Your Mouth Honey Toast ，我仲叫左一杯Hazelnut Cocoa。因為老公睇唔岩有咩飲，所以就無叫到，不過哩間餐廳有個好特別既要求，就係每人既最低消費係一杯野飲，所以老公就叫左一杯同我一樣既飲品。首先黎既係Classic Chocolate Waffle,賣相唔錯，所以我同老公二話不說就開動啦。服務員會係你地叫Waffle or Honey Toast 既時候，問你要咩口感，我地兩個都叫左Crispy, 但Waffle並唔係想像中crispy, 有啲似整好左，放左一段時間既口感，而waffle 上既cream，似係超級市場買既唧唧cream多過似係自己新鮮發。

跟住就係我地既野飲，賣相好靚，杯旁跟左一塊餠乾。我飲左一啖後，就已經覺得好失望，Hazelnut cocoa佢有少許既Hazelnut flavour ， 感該係Hazelnut syrup，跟住有Hazelnut 既咬口，因為佢加左切碎既Hazelnut，不過可惜既係最重要既Cocoa flavour，小到好似無咁，飲到既只係水既味道，失望到不能再失望，10分滿分，只值2分，而哩2份係俾佢塊餠乾。

最後就係Party in Yout Mouth Honey Toast，賣相一流，有vanilla ice cream, raspberry sauce, berries and custard, 仲有honey on the side。我地選擇左crispy, 但佢既crispy只係Toast box入面切左既toast,出面既Toast box 硬到似石頭，切都切唔開。而最失望既係custard sauce，我同老公都覺得係用粉開既多過似係自己新鮮整既，好thick，味道麻麻，10分滿分，只值3分。

服務上，由於客人本身已經唔多，服務員既人數相對充足，不過可惜既係佢地並不夠細心，老公飲完杯水到我地走既時候，接近20分鐘，服務員行黎行去，都無人發現，懂得加水，我覺得哩樣需要改進。
去一間餐廳食飯，除左食食物，食氣氛外，仲要食服務，如果3樣都能夠做齊既話，我深信該餐廳生意會好好。
今日哩間係台灣好出名，第一間係香港開既Dazzling Cafe，10分滿分，只值3分。下次有機會一定會去台灣試下，再對比一次。

    雖然我都覺得waiter慘, 不過我又覺得店方真係好以做得更好wor.

    入到去之後, 又要等d staff來幫我地take order, 甘就無左10mins
    仲要d客向90mins交番張台出來又唔怪得排第一既阿太嬲既..

    好啦要說食物啦, 因為每個人客都要叫杯飲品, 所以我地點了2杯drinks再加以下食物
    1. double espresso - 真心好味, 奶泡打得好滑, 咖啡味亦十分濃,飲完成條氣都順番
    2. rosemary orange tea - 似orange tea 多d, 完全飲唔到有rosemary味,不過喜歡佢不太甜感覺健康d
    3. 小食拼盤 - 完全沒有太多特別, fries太幼身,亦炸得太干了, 所以食了一條後, 成碟向番度. 要讚係沒有入鏡既tomato sauce
    4. 豆腐窄菜意粉- 我覺得係腐乳意粉, 第一口還可以, 再食就感覺到很油, 不推介(仲要收hk$72, 有點貴lor)
    5. 帶子魷魚意粉- 相比豆腐意粉, 黎一個味道好d及配料都足d, 不過都係好多油....
    6. classic chocolate waffle - 其實因為見到openrice人人都叫, 所以我才叫既waffle. 一心以為一定係好好食, 可惜令我十分失望. 叫左要香脆, 點知係淋既, 仲要個waffle如空氣一樣thin如paper, 好似無咩麵粉得浸風甘. 再加埋無味既cream,無味既blueberry, 及上台已溶左3成既chocolate ice cream. 我終於明白為何隔離台既人都係食左3分1就唔食既原因.

    總結: 無原因可以令我再來. 如果一定要食就叫意粉及drinks就可以. waffle 可以不食, 估唔到heysonuts既waffle仲好食過黎度...

      台灣殺過來的人氣甜品店，又掀起了一陣排隊潮是日等了差不多兩個小時飲品方面叫了Fresh Tropical Fruit Tea份量很夠，一壺上可以沖上三杯，配上蘋果粒口感特別，可能近來吃得清淡，略嫌太甜Fresh Kiwi Sorbet這奇異果沙冰味道酸酸的，頗好喝Caramel Honey Toast萬眾期待終於到了～這厚多士真是十級好吃！！我們選擇了自己操刀！又酥又脆的吐司條加上雪糕，真是好好好好吃！我差不多一人吃了3／4個Classic Chocolate Waffle走了Cream減低罪惡感，不過就是因為這個Request，弄得好像很混亂似的。眼見隔離枱比我們遲落Order比我們還要快來，追完也要等好一陣子才有。還沒吃完已通知我們用餐時間快到，追Order和催埋單的是同一人呢！真令人汗顏．．．Waffle我選了較脆，感覺有點硬，沒傳說中的外脆內軟感。下次要試加Mochi的！

        I love this drink because it is difficult to get the coffee and matcha combination elsewhere.
        As I did it by myself at home, I know the tastes of coffee and green tea does match, just like the local drink yuan yang(coffee+black tea+milk).
        Though the taste of this matcha was a bit artificial, it was strong enough to stand out in the latte. The balance of coffee, tea and milk was perfect.
