I think Dazzling is the only shop in HK doing this, would recommend to mochi lovers.
Royal matcha latte $45I love this drink because it is difficult to get the coffee and matcha combination elsewhere.
As I did it by myself at home, I know the tastes of coffee and green tea does match, just like the local drink yuan yang(coffee+black tea+milk).
Though the taste of this matcha was a bit artificial, it was strong enough to stand out in the latte. The balance of coffee, tea and milk was perfect.
