I always wanna try this restaurant however the queue really scared me off. This time I came at 1150am just before it opened at 12pm and I made it in without queueing! The beetroot salad was refreshing and the cold cuts were pretty decent as well! The main courses were really good. The lasagna was topped with a melted cheese and the sourness of the tomato really stood out. They made their own fresh pasta and they were really generous in the amount of truffles! The vitello tonnato was really impressive, thin sliced veal covered with tuna mayo. Personally I’m not a big fan of mayo but I pretty like this combination.
Lastly, it’s dessert time. Their tiramisu undoubtedly was pretty good, intense flavour of espresso but it was a bit too sweet. The panna cotta was milky and smooth and eating with the berries on top was perfect, Balancing the sweetness and the sourness.
