The Italian Club Seafood Wine Bar主打意法fine dining,由主廚Stefano Balsamo主理,而餐廳設計則典雅得黎有氣派。今次小編試咗5-course menu ($1180 p.p.),由前菜到甜品都好滿足。餐廳嘅服務都貼心,十分適合慶祝。餐包,白松露魚子醬燉蛋餐包可以點分別釀咗12、25、同50年嘅黑醋,黑醋釀得愈耐,味道會愈濃但係酸度會減低,冇咁涸喉。AppetizerBrittany Blue Lobster CatalanaCatalana調味唔重,反而可以食到龍蝦嘅鮮味。Spanish Blue Fin Tuna Belly Tartare吞拿魚口感軟腍,入口即溶,配上檸檬汁和沙律菜好開胃。PastaRigatoni Pesto Pistacchio & Sicilian Red Prawnspesto醬非常濃稠,再混入開心果碎,令pasta更香口。pasta擺盤幾精緻,並排嘅長通粉配上鮮紅色嘅西西里紅蝦令成道菜更奪目。長通粉好al dente,而紅蝦亦鮮甜。Taglierini Zucchini Cream & Sicilia

250g Fassona Beef Grilled Sirloin and mashed potato
餐廳嘅牛扒來自義大利嘅西北部,肌肉組織比較多,所以脂肪含量唔高,但係食落去依然軟嫩。牛扒可以配上四款醬汁:summer truffle,salmoriglio,chilli oil同埋vinegar。如果唔想咁膩,點salmoriglio 同埋vinegar就啱啱好,而summer truffle sauce 都好香。薯蓉加埋芝士好香濃順滑。

甜品拼盤款式非常傳統,有mango panna cotta、tiramisu、hazelnut roll、sorbet同埋朱古力,再配上dessert wine,為晚餐作完美的句號。
