Along the dim lights of the streets of Tai Hang is this beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous interior and a lovely balcony to accompany it. Among my first step into the restaurant, I was already impressed with the way they'd designed it and how sophisticated it looked. Every table was complete with a small candle, and the ceiling was embroidered with lights spelling the restaurant's name. Not only does it have a stunning interior, it also has an enticing choice of menu to choose from. Among the c

The food... where do I begin? We ordered a few dishes for the night and everything was extremely delicious and there wasn't a dish where I was left unsatisfied.
To begin with, we had the Kataifi ($88), a delicious Greek dish, which is made of thin thread-like crunch pastry dough, and Camembert Cheese. I normally am not a fan of deep fried things, but this really blew my mind. The Quince purée was also really delicious and pulled the dish together as it was sweet and slightly sour at the same time. This is a must try if you visit the restaurant.

We had also ordered one of the restaurant's signature dishes, the Spanish Red Prawn with Rice crisps ($168). The way they made this dish was spectacular as you get to actually watch it being prepared right in front of you. Firstly, they sear the large prawn with fire, until it is nicely cooked.

In addition to the appetisers, we had various main dishes, including the King Prawn Ravioli ($268). The Ravioli was big and had a lot of filling inside. The sauce was really the champion of this dish, because it was creamy and made from Sea Urchin. Among the ravioli are some foam, which adds to its aesthetics and texture.

Another dish that we had ordered was the Wild Italian Seabass ($298), which was also prepared in front of you. The Seabass is encased in a layer of salt and baked, after which, the salt is removed before you.

The fish is carefully sliced into small pieces and great precision is taken to ensure there aren't any stray pieces of salt caught in the meat. However, inevitably, there were some some pieces that did, which made various parts a bit too salty. Although, all in all, the majority of the meat were untainted and it was very tender and smooth to the bite.

The last main dish we had was the Iberico Pork Pluma ($268). The meat was soft and unlike normal pork that I've tasted. The sides were some Cauliflower Puree, which was grilled and mixed in with some curry, hence enhancing its flavour.

Lastly, we ordered one more side dish to end the night, the Mashed Potatoes with Black Truffle ($58). I'm a huge fan of mashed potatoes and this one has to be one of the best I've tried. It's super creamy and the texture is very smooth! The black truffle wasn't too overpowering but gave a fragrant smell
