法日Fusion菜🇫🇷🇯🇵去完巴黎2個星期,已經開始想念巴黎的食物,今次法日fusion更吸引!📸食物賣相好打卡~不過燈光較暗,唔好手震呀!🅼🆈 🅿🅸🅲🅺♡🇧🇪Dry Aged 35 Days Belgium Beef Tartare 🦞Boston Lobster French Barley Risotto 🐖Slow Cooked Hokkaido Umaiton Pork Belly🥭Mango Sake Kasu 🍞with Miso and Seaweed Tempura 高質!樣樣都有驚喜,店員會每道菜式講解用左咩食材。🐮牛肉他他比法國的淡味,食到食材的原味,加上蓮藕脆脆覺得比較適合香港人口味!🍚Risotto用咗薏米,比較有咬口,真龍蝦汁的味道,食完唔會口乾,而且有龍蝦肉。🥭雪葩有濃濃的芒果味,淡淡Sake 的cream,有點點檸檬冰和脆脆,好有驚喜!
