之前一直都想同屋企人去下啲望到維港嘅餐廳,終於今次比我發掘到間又望到維港,啲野食又高質又特別嘅餐廳🤭4-courses Set Dinner $888AppetiserMatsuba Crab Custard, Uni & Shaved Sturgeon Caviar呢個簡直係我食過最特別嘅前菜🤩亦都係最有驚喜😍 佢其實係一個龍蝦湯加燉蛋嘅前菜~喺個玻璃杯上邊有塊由芝士壓成嘅脆餅,然後上面仲有海膽同黑松露,下面龍蝦湯凸起嗰啲就係蟹肉沙律,而最底嗰層就係超級滑溜嘅燉蛋~個龍蝦湯超有味,然而湯入面真係啖啖蟹肉😍chef建議我哋吉蘭個芝士碎餅,然後四樣嘢連埋一齊食~果然口感非常之豐富😋而且味道真係超好😚Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll煎鵝肝就食得多啦,蒸鵝肝真係第一次😆不過其實我覺得個質感同煎鵝肝係一樣~都好滑~只係比起煎鵝肝,佢少咗啲油膩感☺️不過比起煎鵝肝可能會酥味重少少,但係鍾意食鵝肝嘅人應該覺得幾香😍然後佢個汁係好特別,用咗香茅薑汁,但其實都唔會食得出好重薑味,再配上朱古力酥卷,其實朱古力酥卷同鵝肝一齊食都幾

煎鵝肝就食得多啦,蒸鵝肝真係第一次😆不過其實我覺得個質感同煎鵝肝係一樣~都好滑~只係比起煎鵝肝,佢少咗啲油膩感☺️不過比起煎鵝肝可能會酥味重少少,但係鍾意食鵝肝嘅人應該覺得幾香😍然後佢個汁係好特別,用咗香茅薑汁,但其實都唔會食得出好重薑味,再配上朱古力酥卷,其實朱古力酥卷同鵝肝一齊食都幾match😍 完全擴闊左我眼界,令我覺得鵝肝唔一定淨係要配多士食~

雖然唔係第一次食鮟鱇魚,但係鮟鱇魚嘅面頰真係第一次食~佢燒到個外皮幾脆,然後入面啲魚肉就幾結實幾有口感~一啲都唔似我哋平時食嘅魚面頰咁樣,然後又將鮟鱇魚肝炸成粒粒,雖然會食到啲魚油味,但係完全唔覺得腥~都幾特別~😚

五成熟嘅牛板腱煎得非常之有炭香味,然後入面嘅肉質仲係好粉嫩,所以一啲都唔韌~然後又有滿滿嘅肉汁,同埋牛味超級重🤤 然後醬汁估計係用咗牛尾汁~而喺佢上邊就有啲牛肉碎同埋沙律咁樣~牛板腱沾汁或者唔沾汁食都各有風味😚

呢個set真係超貼心,會有pre-dessert俾你清除吓口腔嘅味道,re一refresh下個味蕾咁樣~而今次個pre-dessert就係好fresh嘅青檸雪芭~酸酸地一啲都唔甜,完全做到清下味蕾嘅效果~😆

首先個蘋果批擺盤勁靚,然後佢個質地係拿破崙質地,所以極度酥脆~😍 然後食到佢個cream都好特別,係會有啲鹹鹹哋嘅,大概係因為落咗parma ham嘅肉鬆,食落成個cream嘅味道,其實係有啲似落咗鹹蛋黃嘅cream,match落蘋果批都幾特別,味道上又增加咗幾個層次🥰
仲有值得一提嘅係佢個餐包拼盤~啲麵包真係熱辣辣咁上~超級有誠意😍同埋其實本身以為四個course應該未必會好飽,但食完其實都真係幾飽🤣所以呢個價錢食到fine dine我都覺得算抵食嘅,仲要面對住維港靚景食~😚
