再者,其他枱的客人有很多都是一邊吃main course,一邊再到buffet區加食物,看來流程並不像員工所說的要食完buffet才上main course 。

總括而言,整個用餐經歷都令人十分失望,服務態度及管理有待加強,有重要慶祝也不敢再來這餐廳。

好少寫食評,但這家餐廳無論在環境、table setting、服務、食物方面都有驚喜。餐廳在The One19樓,有180度環廻觀景臺,可眺望尖沙咀、西九龍、維港及港島一帶美景,心曠神怡;高水准的table setting ;服務賓至如歸,適時在客人右邊refill飲水、上菜;semi buffet的沙律和甜品variety 不多,但無論是外購或home made 都好好味好新鮮,看得出廚師的用心制作,手藝出色,refill也非常及時,清湯牛腩更是點睛之作,甜點正正常常,芒果布甸軟滑可口,回味無窮。主菜我們點了比目魚和油封鴨腿,用心制作,但鴨腿若解凍時間再多一點,皮再焗得焦脆一點會比較合我胃口,比目魚味道再濃一點更好。謝謝店家的堅持用心,希望你們生意滔滔,我們過些日子一定再光顧🤗

茄子醬🍆本身有少少抗拒但係佢出嚟個味道好得意同埋蔬菜嘅味道可以balance返鵝肝油膩嘅感覺~不過食到一半嘅時候就覺得有啲滯

🩷慢煮羊肉配番薯蓉
呢個羊肉完全冇羶味🩷番薯蓉仲有啲芝士醬 上面仲有啲炸蒜
撈埋一齊食既時候 好似有化學作用咁 超級驚喜🫢值得一試

炒蛋既質地好得意 已經唔可以用滑蛋形容咁簡單❤️
