This is the best pistchio cream I have had so far in Hong Kong. Super rich and siky. Everything combined tasting so good in this dessert.

I would definitely come again for some special celebration next time.

上次嚟到The One嘅「海賀」食鐵板燒,見到同層嘅「Harlan's」有啲晚市套餐,確喺幾吸引,加上佢哋本身都幾有名氣,故此,呢晚就走訪一試。門面已有一種非常高級嘅感覺,而走到室內嘅用餐區,因為地方大,樓底特高,加上枱櫈並無排到好密,所以,空間感十分強,加上一整排落地玻璃窗,更加令環境整體嘅感覺開揚,從而就算坐晌裡面,一樣有少少夜景襯托。再者,晌柔和嘅燈光下,同枱上嘅燭光,可以講氣氛十足,情調滿滿,好適合嚟慶生或者食紀念飯。此外,餐廳外仲有L長型露天位,可謂座擁270度香港瑰麗夜景,而外邊嘅位以茶几枱及高腳枱為主,比較適合睇住靚景小酌幾杯,不過,都有少量餐枱,方便進餐。雖然散點有好多選擇,咁當然套餐就更加划算,佢哋晚市有個Tasting Menu,分為3道菜($788)、4道菜($888)、6道菜($1,188), 前菜有4款選擇,主菜有3款選擇,甜品就有2款選擇,咁其實點玩法呢?例如你揀3道菜,好正常就喺前菜+主菜+甜品各類別揀1道菜嘅組合;如果你揀6道菜,可以晌餐牌上自由組合6道菜,例如4前菜+2主菜、2前菜+3主菜+1甜品……,只不過當揀超過1道主菜時,主菜嘅份量會作出相對調整

以暗花透明玻璃碟盛載住兩件牡丹蝦,第一個感覺就有種鯉躍龍門嘅感覺,非常之精緻,牡丹蝦刺身唔單止單單得隻蝦,面頭仲加咗啲卜卜脆蟹籽,而牡丹蝦味道鮮甜,帶有獨特嘅黏糯口感,旁邊嘅小綠葉更沾上酸橘汁,千祈唔好唔食埋佢。中間嘅指橘蜜糖山葵汁,做得輕柔,味道酸酸甜甜,又帶啲辣,非常過癮。
