Always keeping up its standard, Head Chef Marc Benkoe sources the best cuts of meat internationally and grilled to perfection. 1) Pan fried foie gras with cherry compote, orange zest, cognac & brioche $260. Flaming 🔥 it before dining gives the foie gras more flavour , a great appetiser 👍🏻 2) Garlic bread 🥖 . This is so good! Baked to perfection. 3) Yellowtail tartare with citrus, chilli, avocado n red onion $220. Very refreshing appetiser, a real kick before the mains . 4) oysters 🦪 . Very fresh

5) Tiger prawns 🦐 cocktail with Louis sauce $240. . Prawns were fresh but overall an average dish.
6) Maryland crab cakes with sauce remoulade $360. Great crab cakes, rich in crab meat, tasty & delicious, well fried!
7) Porterhouse (T bone) 38oz $1890. Medium rare, meat was really juicy, very tender!
8) Chargrilled octopus 🐙 with olive aioli, cherry tomatoes 🍅 and japaleno $250. I’ll give this 6/10, I have eaten better ones..
9) Baked snails with herb butter $260
10) Tomahawk rib eye chop 1075g $1580. Actually I was a little disappointed, it was much better from the last time I had.
