The only good thing about this experience was they had a little drama to go with the story to make the scene special and the staff were being nice.Food wise was disappointing, with the price they charge I would say what they served was not even standard. To be fair the best dish was the steak, the duck was appalling, meat texture was like 湯渣。 We sat in a very tight space, each table were very close to each others, surprised they organised in such a small venue.

Apple Crumble 都係熱辣辣,肉桂味濃,蘋果酸甜適中。口感鬆脆加上蘋果口感無敵好,竟然用軟雪糕配襯,軟雪糕有雲呢拿及奶香,但係我都比較鍾意用硬雪糕襯Apple Crumble。

Grand Hyatt服務不嬲都非常好,上次食中菜都已經感受到,Steakhouse員工態度友善,能迅速滿足你既需求,無論係影相定係碟既熱度。餐廳典雅高檔,作為慶祝場合十分理想。

This time, I had an Argentine grass-fed ribeye steak, offering a perfect balance of beefy and fatty flavors. Expertly cooked to draw out its aroma, it shone with just rock salt or green pepper sauce. Today is my father's birthday and it was also a public holiday. Initially I thought it would be the more expensive weekend lunch menu as it is a public holiday(Lunar New Year). Surprisingly, it was the weekday lunch price so it was really a great deal.The appetizer bar was amazing with a great variety of food. You can also try their signature chicken liver pate and house smoked salmon. The only probem here was stopping yourself from eating too much as their was still the main course and dessert.

今日有幸來到灣仔港灣道1號,君悅酒店嘅Grand Hyatt Steakhouse慶祝生日🎉一出𨋢就被扒房的浪漫環境吸引住。好有情調高雅,職員又彬彬有禮👍不愧是五星級酒店👍因為今日只有Brunch set,Brunch set 還有個迷你salad bar、頭盤、主菜、配菜及甜品或茶、啡。可惜甜品、茶、啡只可揀其一😫如果以這個價錢包埋咁就更好了🙏出品真的無得輸,salad bar的蘆筍、沙律、大蝦、蜆我極力推薦。下次還會找機會再去㗎😃😃

Chocolate Fondant
慶祝生日就冇甜品送,自己叫咗個心太軟,Staff就會加塊生日牌落去。心太軟焗嘅時間控制得好,流心效果幾唔錯,唔太甜亦有好濃嘅朱古力味。

Salad bar was good and the 6oz grass fed tenderloin was way better than the 8oz rib eye.

For the bill there was 1% charge to some sort of donation which I didn’t know anything about this charity/donation and no one explained it to us. The staff expected us to pay and when I refused they requested us to fill in our name, email address, and phone number. Totally ridiculous! When has donation become a must?!

提前半個月 book 檯同太太慶祝結婚週年紀念,留下左美好嘅回憶。撞正最近推介紐西蘭 Full Blood Wagyu,確實係物超所值,好清爽唔似日本牛食兩舊就滯。尤其是可以將西冷整到咁好食,真係有 D surprise.點名表揚職員 Maverick,全場好好笑容,非常友善,有求必應,尤其是知道我哋慶祝 anniversary,幫我哋影咗好多相。仲叫埋經理親自落場影 instant photo➕全體職員簽名祝福,真心有 D 感動。本人第一次主動問職員姓名,為左表揚佢😀希望之後年年都來慶祝🎉大家多多支持香港餐廳啦
