本小姐生日大日子,成日係咁出街食飯,所以好多菜式其實都食過,所以今次男人選擇了一間奧地利餐廳吃飯,去到地方比較細,所以一定要訂位,一張大桌加3張細桌和酒吧位,我地大約8點半到己經滿座。餐牌是以德文為主,下方有英文方便叫野食,酒類不是很多選擇,最後前菜主菜酒每款都叫一點來吃,大約15分鐘野食開始到!~Sourdough bread:這個包帶有少少酸的味道,軟身但有靭度,加上有少少軟身的牛油,牛油和包的香味配合得好好。Deep Fried Mushroom$98:是餐飯最好味道,炸得香口之餘吾油膩,菇好香和好厚肉質,炸左之後保留左菇原有質感和汁。十分討好,份量也得多,送啤酒白酒一流。Chardonnay puglia 2010 $76:女士最愛的甜白酒,夠香但易入口。但最差是不是放在雪櫃,黎到是室溫有點奇怪。Warsteiner 500ml $74:偏淡的啤酒,易飲而香。Raclette Cheese $195:用瑞士芝士整成,奶香好特出再加上白酒發揮得更好。加上薯仔進食就沒有咁膩,酸瓜不叫太酸就可以接受,可以清一清再食下一道。價錢不叫十分便宜,但係必試!~Knuckle and Saue
