進餐的時候,遇上賣相精緻的佳餚,心裡會先加分,若然味道也有驚喜,這家餐廳一定要推薦給大家,而我這次就遇上色香味偵全的精緻意法餐廳A Lux。餐廳位於擁有煤氣燈的都爹利街,添上一份浪漫。開門走入餐廳,愜意的氣氛相當適合慶祝。是日選擇的晚餐由$1,180起,喜歡杯中物的更可揀Wine Pairing,共有六個Course,每人可以選一款主菜,整頓晚餐由前菜同甜品,全部都令人相當滿意呢~ ◽ 阿拉斯加蟹肉配牛油果醬、墨魚汁脆脆黑色的小盒是由墨魚汁製成的脆脆,上面是陣陣海水味的阿拉斯加蟹肉,配上牛油果醬,一口咬下清新、香脆又開胃。 ◽ Smoked salmon imperial fillet with Bari caviar 煙三文魚上有魚子醬和金箔作點綴,更顯華麗。一口嘗到味濃的三文魚、鹹香的魚子醬,以及蘸一點醬汁(有酸忌廉、牛油果忌廉和椰菜花忌廉作配搭),融合得令人回味。 ◽ Scallop, asparagus and Iberico ham 賣相滿分!選用北海道刺身級帶子,一咬鮮甜味湧出,而24個月西班牙火腿則添上細緻的油香、甘香,配搭甜甜的白露荀醬,集鮮鹹甜於一身卻相當和諧。 ◽

喜歡龍蝦湯的我表示相當有驚喜!由侍應拿起「湯壺」,龍蝦湯慢慢倒在盤上,相當有儀式感,鮮濃的顏色能反映濃郁的味道,喝一口鮮味十足,更散發陣陣的干邑香氣。

甫上桌,松露味撲鼻,自家製的手工寬條麵很Al Dente,而一絲絲的油封鴨髀令菜式更吸引之餘,拌上寬條麵一口一口的吃,齒頰留香。別忘了要把香脆的鴨皮也吃下肚呀!

原本是Cod fillet,但是日改為Sea bass,魚肉有魚脂,口感柔軟又鮮甜,旁邊的是牛尾紅酒醬汁,切為碎粒狀的牛尾增加口感,甜甜的醬汁有提鮮作用。

大廚建議Medium rare,切開顏色相當誘人!熟度亦剛剛好,牛味濃郁,嫩滑多汁,肉味在口中久久不散,甜甜的南瓜蓉更有減膩作用,牛肉汁令每一口更豐富。
