這個黑松露意粉絕對是視覺和味覺享受。師傅即場烹調,將意粉放入剛剛燒溶的芝士調味,然後配上現場即磨的黑松露片。吃起來味道濃鬱,而且有微微的酒味,配一片片黑松露,絕對是頂級享受。

我們叫的是mediumrare,吃起來外面有一點脆口,內裏保持著肉汁鮮嫩。相比喺日本和牛,我更改吃這種美國牛。牛的味道吃起來加為濃鬱,而且更有著口。

聖誕在中環食聖誕大餐,位於中環網上好評的A lux 食Brunch,餐廳富藝術的裝潢風格,加上大玻璃外的中環街景,十分浪漫。套餐包Welcome Drink,可選氣酒或無酒精,餐前麵包籃是牛角包,芝士片及法包片,我最愛的法包口感很好,配上橄欖油和黑醋十分出色
。頭盤小食打卡一流,擺碟精美,分別有蔬菜蛋餅,水牛芝士番茄串,三文魚軟心芝士伴魚子醬,無花果醬多士,火腿哈密瓜,可以無限refill,魚子醬那道十分鮮味,口感層次豐富綿滑。
