Due to the viral outbreak, I only bought the cakes as takeaway.I tried 4 out of the 6. Just to clarify, the marron mille crepes were beautifully made it was just my own fault for making it a bit messy. I felt the flavor of the chestnuts were not strong enough for this crepes cake(compared to green tea or earl grey which I have tried in the past)However, the star came when I tasted their signature crepes cake. Lady M的Signature Mille Crepes (原味千層蛋糕) 是美國雜誌推介的十大蛋糕之一。皮薄、蛋味濃、忌廉滑、層層分明……多不勝數的讚美，相信我也無謂多說。有人話$70買件蛋糕傻的嗎？又有人話愈簡單嘅野愈難整得好味及歷久不衰。試過一件蛋糕後，作為中低低低產的我，我是比較同意前者的。蛋糕是十分出色，服務也尚可接受，用餐感覺也是高貴到不得了，但一件蛋糕賣到$70，絕對是開了一個壞的先例，你叫其他出色的餅店及蛋糕情何以堪呢？有名氣，就要牟取暴利嗎？情況尤如賣到廿幾三十蚊的芝士撻，比起批&撻出品的$8芝士撻會美味很多嗎？我就覺得兩者是同樣美味，不分高下。當然，座落於陸客不斷的海港城，我相信不論好評或劣評，Lady M都會人潮不斷，蛋糕亦會每日沽清。想吃名氣的，儘管一試吧！

每次行過Harbour City 嘅Lady M都唔會有無queue嘅時候今日得閒，一於排下先個個cake都整得咁靚其實勁難揀 Signature Mille Crêpes X 2 Li款最classic嘅千層cake必試！每一層都係薄薄嘅crepe皮覆上打到好滑好滑嘅cream, yum~用叉cut開一小口，神奇地無散開哂一塊塊Cream 皮分裂嘅東西，而係一cut到底成舊一口食到究竟當中係咩秘密？！好明顯d cream係用靚料而用黎整crepe皮嘅粉都係靚野唔會話食到有啲軟硬不一嘅口感每一口都是滋味Green Tea Mille Crêpes X 2 對於我li個綠茶控，所有關於綠茶嘅食物我都一定要試勁香綠茶味，食落完全無苦嘅感覺(份量just fit!)而每一層嘅cream...都係打到超smooth嘅Green T flavor....完全無太甜嘅感覺Gateau aux Marrons 底層係棉密soufflé...夾住薄薄地超sponge gei海棉蛋糕而層係厚厚嘅栗子cream餅師jit得好有層次，似係每個layers都係一條條(幼條個隻)而

朋友聚會到尖沙咀午餐，餐後意猶未盡就諗住撞下運氣去 Lady M。Lady M 名氣甚大，每次經過 take away 賣晒，dine in 都唔係剩得多 cake, 今日好彩唔太晏所以有幸一試。4點開始等，等左 60min 先有得入座，可見其人氣幾盛，好彩係海港城入面，唔洗係條街曬住等。不過 Lady M 係開放式，係海港城禁煩忙既商場入面，加埋條人龍，環境大打折扣。值得一提係店員服務細心，本來一行三人要打直一排坐長枱，後來見有客人離座，店員問我地要唔要換位，而且好快就安排好。一人一件 cake，叫左原味千層、綠茶千層同埋栗子蛋糕。三款蛋糕賣相十分吸引，千層更加盡顯細節，見到不少於廿層既 crepe 同 cream 層層分明而且厚度均一，對有強逼症既朋友可以話係一大喜訊。當用叉子分千層蛋糕時，手上感受到一層一層的 crepe，食落每層清清楚楚，口感充實之餘亦有一咬便融化既感覺。原味有好香既焦糖味，比綠茶味甜，我亦較喜歡原味。綠茶味則有淡淡清香，茶味中和左甜度更易接受。呢隻綠茶味並唔係好勁果種，而係屬於輕描淡寫一類，應該滿足唔到要求超級綠茶味既朋友。栗子蛋糕口感上雖然無千層咁禁有驚喜，

難得放假就駕車,到海港城遊走一番.行到港運城大約5點左右,醒起身開左LADYM就去望望,排隊的人不多,但本身想買TAKEAWAY上車食都得,點知5點就已經賣哂,只限排隊堂食。咁就只好排隊了,同朋友等等下咁就30MINS.(只怪自己6月去Los Angeles果陣冇去試,而加係HK就要排隊了)我們叫左Signature Mille Crepes 同Green Tea Mille Crepes.同2杯Iced Lemon Tea.Signature Mille Crepes:好香Cream味,唔太甜,Crepes既每層都好,薄入口即溶.佢一層層得來好有層次不會一"pad"咁溶.Green Tea Mille Crepes:好唔特別, 食過Signature後就唔洗食greentea.都係signature好食. 食完有dd膩.有杯野飲是必須的.Iced Lemon Tea:一杯$42既Iced Lemon Tea,都可接受的.我地知道冇哂take away,就叫多左個問佢拎左個盒,佢充咁比個未接既盒我地,我地仲可以自己玩接盒添..有趣。走果陣我地只拎住個盒怪怪地..經過counter問佢拎

With branches at New York, Los Angeles and Singapore; Lady M stirred up a storm almost immediately upon its arrival in Hong Kong. Since I really dislike waiting in line, my friends and I decided to go as soon as they open in the morning, for breakfast!! XDLocated in the middle of the shopping mall, the lineup area, cake display and dining room are all very open to public. The use of simple décor, mostly in white color and all glass cake display case really fits the elegant theme of Lady M.There

幸好外賣同堂食係分開2條隊排的, 仲有5分鐘先夠10點去到, 外賣隊已經有20人左右, 相反堂食就只要幾個人排左一陣, 店員就2組2組咁放入去落order, 門口放左個牌寫住「每人最多3件」 本來打算只試原味, 但身為抹茶控的我, 最後都決定試埋綠茶未食之前, 單睇件蛋糕個側面, 已經覺得好吸引, 一層又一層既crepes, 中間搽滿晒cream先食左件原味, cream好幼滑, 奶味頗重, 整體都好夾之後再食件綠茶, 唔係唔好食, 但好似有少少too much所以今次我會投原味一票當日10點半就已經坐滿晒人, 堂食亦都已經開始要排隊等有人走先可以入座其實Lady M個原味又真係幾好味, 但係如果要排成個鐘先有得食既話, 個人覺得唔係好值得咁做同埋價錢偏貴, 唔可以成日食

7月1日；今日第一日開張，我去到已差不多7點，店員話外賣已經賣哂，堂食就仲有，不過只有原味供應及飲品。難得出尖沙咀，價錢雖貴，負擔得起，一心想試，排隊！人流算快，而且我一個人，好快有位。(其實件蛋糕可以極快食哂, 所以人客唔會坐太耐😝)Signature Mille Crepes;其實係偏甜的！果層pancake有焦糖，甜！皮唔厚，幾好。 Cream，非常滑，真係好滑，d cream 好好味😋 食到d cream後感覺非常開心，好少女，好sweet呀☺️☺️可能而家天氣熱，我有d感覺食到一半個cake溶溶地😁 不過味道依然好味😊cake size 唔算好大件，價錢 $68，偏貴，但尚可接受，若然平少少更好😂Iced Cappuccino;本身吉吉最喜愛Mocha，但可惜mocha無iced... 唯有order IC... 好飲！我覺得係d奶質素好👍🏼 好滑，夠啡味😊 $50，貴過杯starbucks mocha 😅店員；佢地好忙，基本上都nice的，不過不失。由於我杯飲品遲左好多，有位女店員不時同我講「唔好意思」，又主動幫我添水，nice ^^(吉吉今日心情好，我無介意，亦好理解第一日開
