上次介紹過利東街嘅Passion,今次呢間酸種麵包專門店Sour Dough,原來同樣都係由著名瑞士糕餅師Gérard Dubois主理嘅🇨🇭牛油果綠色調嘅裝潢、半自助式堂食,環境輕鬆舒服,難怪餐廳開咗一段時間仍然人龍不斷🤣晏晝嚟食個下午茶渡過一個悠閑週末都唔錯架~🥪Hot Reuben Sour Dough Sandwich with Mixed Green Salad ($102)呢間餐廳以Sour Dough為招牌,咁就當然要試試啦😋呢款係熱食嘅酸種麵包,麵包外脆內軟、幾有口感,內餡有夾到滿瀉嘅煙燻牛肉,份量真係好足夠!煙燻牛肉紅嫩軟稔、鹹香味濃郁,配搭埋半溶芝士、酸瓜、酸椰菜絲、千島醬一齊食,可以中和返油膩感,大大啖咬落去好滿足🥰️🐟Smoked Salmon on Sour Dough ($108)試完熱食嘅酸種麵包,試下另一款凍食嘅🤣酸種麵包上面鋪滿咗肥美厚切嘅煙三文魚,而底部搽滿cream cheese好邪惡😈煙三文魚油脂豐富,食落有淡淡煙燻過嘅味道,再配埋面頭嘅香草碎一齊食,夠哂滋味!旁邊仲有sour cream同沙律,清新又解膩👍🏻🍟Sour Dough Crisps

呢款開胃小食有驚喜!🤣
將酸種麵包切薄片然後加上蒜蓉、香草碎、橄欖油等配料再烘烤,唔好睇佢樣子平平無奇,食落口感好香脆,好似食緊薯片咁呀😍
🍰Sour Dough Mille Feuille with Tahiti Vanilla Cream ($82)
幾乎每枱必點嘅甜品❗️
法式千層酥每層都做得好薄身酥脆,層層都會有雲呢拿奶油做隔層,充滿奶香但食落又唔太膩;伴碟仲有啲紅莓醬,配少少一齊食酸酸甜甜幾開胃😆
🌰Chestnut Mont Blanc ($88)
表面佈滿甜甜的栗子蓉,內裏base係香脆可口的蛋白脆餅,食到中間仲會有藍莓醬同果肉,超級豐富嘅甜品😋
☕️Hojicha Latte ($43)
焙茶香味好濃郁,入口順滑、奶泡綿密,比例控制不錯味道唔會太甜~
🍫Chocolate Viennos ($49)
可可味相當濃郁,仲有塊Dark Chocolate食,想飲唔甜、純可可嘅可以試下🌴
天氣咁凍飲番杯熱朱,正!
總結:呢度嘅酸種麵包同甜點都唔錯,下午茶想食返個靚靚pastry都可以選擇呢到😋
