We managed to reserve a table for 4 in the morning for lunch on a weekday. When we arrived shortly after 12p.m., it was already quite crowded! The interior decoration was quite modern. Seating was reasonably spacious. As usual, we kick-started our buffet at the sashimi and sushi counter. The sashimi included standard salmon, tuna and 鲷魚 which were quite thick cut compared with those offered at other hotels out there. There were also octopus and 醋鲭魚 which i didn't try. There were also some cold seafood like mussels, crayfish, prawns etc. but I wasn't in the mood to try them. They were just too standard. Not having eaten much appetizers/salads as they didn't look too appealing to me, I quickly turned to mains.

There were a few types of 燒味 but I only tried char siu which was ok.
Fried 芥蘭 with salted fish was good and I mainly ate it for vegetable consumption.
There was a Thai corner and I tried some curry fish and chicken.
There was also a tempura corner. The tempura were ok despite being left there for a while after deep frying. But there seemed to be only vegetable tempura which was a bit disappointing.

Grilled mushrooms were super delicious & fresh! Grilled pork neck was ok while 牛仔骨 was seasoned pretty well with reasonable texture.

The grilled fish sucked, with nothing special but lots of bones.
There were also dim sum which I didn't try because it seemed that you couldn't pick one dim sum out of a 籠 and it seemed too much to finish a whole 籠 on your own. There was also an Indian corner which I didn't try.

鼠尾草豬橫脷湯 which I didn't try and Chowder clam soup which was ok with lots of spring onions at your own service.
Finally here you go the desserts corner.

There were some other cakes/mousses which didn't look/taste so good. The walnut tart I tried was ok because the tart base was still crispy. There was nothing special with the Serradura.

A drink but not juice was included in the per head cost. Service was quite good. They even noticed one of my kids dropping her eating utensils onto the floor and offered to replace it with clean ones. It was really appreciated.
Overall, I would say the quality of the food was ok with quite some choices of food, especially sushi, baked cheese tart and frozen yoghurt. However, I think it was quite over-priced, given the lack of outstanding mains/desserts. In particular, there was no pancake/waffle/berries. There were definitely similar places offering a much better value for money in the same district.
