✨瑞士名廚主理 性價比唔錯✨.星期日打算去野餐,就去咗位於灣仔嘅Sour Dough買啲野食去( ˶ˊᵕˋ)੭呢間手工麵包店係由著名瑞士糕餅廚師 Gérard Dubois 開設,賣點係所有麵包都選用超過30年嘅三種酸種麵糰(裸麥、白裸麥和黑裸麥)發酵製成,烘焙食品同糕點比傳統品種嘅外皮更脆更有彈性😳.當時去到人唔多,排隊嘅都係等緊戶外堂食位,外賣基本上都係直入💓麵包價錢都相比同類外國麵包平,CP值都幾高!.▫️Tahiti Vanilla Cannelé $21(7.5/10)網上唔少好評,外層果然夠脆,味道唔錯有小驚喜🫶🏻性價比亦幾高.▫️Fresh Fruit Panier $29(7/10)我哋揀咗藍莓味🫐唔錯都幾好食,如果酥皮再鬆化少少更好.▫️ Mille Feuille Vanilla Tart w/Orange $25(7/10)問店員有咩推薦後佢就介紹咗呢個,大大件面且係幾好食🥰雖然我唔太好入邊最底嘅橙味jam,個人都係覺得都係bakehouse好食啲,但呢間唔洗排加分💓.▫️Pistachio Petal $58(7.5/10)偏甜但我自己幾鍾意,主要鍾意佢個曲奇式再加m

偏甜但我自己幾鍾意,主要鍾意佢個曲奇式再加mousse,口感幾滑同好好食😋 不過開心果味唔太出,仲會比入邊嘅莓醬蓋過🙈 所以如果係為開心果味而食會小失望,仲有性價比略低
