31/1/2008難得同女朋友出街食飯,在康怡左選右選,最終選了這裏。點了兩個菜, 一個炒飯1) 肉燥扒A菜好清淡,但係d菜一點味道也沒有。雞絲都係無乜味道。2) 三杯雞味道太濃了。3) 肉鬆炒飯不錯,很香。但我覺得肉鬆硬了一點。又再一次是炒飯比小菜好。失望......下次要試試另一間。

1) 肉燥扒A菜

好清淡,但係d菜一點味道也沒有。雞絲都係無乜味道。

2) 三杯雞

味道太濃了。

3) 肉鬆炒飯

不錯,很香。但我覺得肉鬆硬了一點。

又再一次是炒飯比小菜好。失望......
下次要試試另一間。

We had lunch in this康怡廣場一葉家restaurant this afternoon with 5 of us. We ordered few 'early lunch' discount lunch sets and some noodles (normal price). Food was so so but still acceptable. However, waiter service is really exceptionally VERY V-E-R-Y BAD SERVICE I have ever had, especially the guy's name "Calvin". When we checked the bill and one of us provided a 90% discount card offered by this restaurant, this 四眼仔Calvin quickly handed us a bill with a total amount more than we should pay

When we checked the bill and one of us provided a 90% discount card offered by this restaurant, this 四眼仔Calvin quickly handed us a bill with a total amount more than we should pay. None of the discounts calculated in. When we told him the error, he’s not happy and returned after a minute with his challenging tune pointing to a renewed bill impatiently explaining why he charged us the new amount with the food we ordered, but, thank god, it's another error bill!!! When we reminded him the total amount was still wrong and none of the restaurant’s committed discount was billed. Funny this guy could change tune quickly and turned into single channel high power back-fire machine-gun speed saying no discount lunch set’s discount and the 90% discount card be used in one bill. We must choose only one from them. Fine, we could accept the choice of either one of the discount offer but why not told us earlier????? Punished us for DISCOUNT with his service and challenging tune??? I started very angry. This guy might have noticed his manner provoked some customers and had started a ‘battle’, swiftly he walked away with the wrong bill. Finally this Calvin dare not come back, pretending busy on other matters. Another younger waiter came with the correct bill. When we walked by the exit and spotted this Calvin’s name with his staff name plate, he reacted awfully and asked “do you need my name card too???”I saw other waiters/waitresses were also in cool faces, esp. the manager (dressed in grey suit, not restaurant uniform). We didn’t want to waste time and swore black-listed this restaurant. Then my friend introduced me this website to see how this restaurant performed.

I just read the other people comments and found this famous Calvin’s name is on….. Woohhh….that’s the way to make another famous guy, like巴士呀叔. Most people blamed on the poor service received. Is it the culture of this restaurant? I want the restaurant’s investors reply this comment.

If you do want to test yourself what level of bad waiter service you can tolerate, come to this restaurant and ask for Calvin’s service. Put your experience up on Youtube to share.

Andy Lau 劉德華should come to beat this Calvin again with his message “今時今日咁既服務態度係唔得既!!!”要加悤 版至得呀!!

This restaurant have special discount menu if you ordered before 12:30 pm, but sometimes they will not show it to you UNLESS you ask for it. Also, even you ordered the discounted menu, they will charge you with normal charge. You really need to check the charges carefully before you pay. When you tell them about the mistake, the guy "Calvin" will become mad at you before he corrected the $$ amount. WHY should I eat at this kind of restaurant ? NEVER AGAIN.

今我和同媽媽到呢間台灣餐廳食下午茶. 兩人結帳要HK$96.8,個經理找回散錢給我時. 我咪囉起幾蚊... 但個經理居然好無禮貌答我囉買去啦!!..仲有幾2毫子..我答我唔要..仲要再三強調唔要... 個經理仲要將個2毫字劈係到, 咁走左去.. 嘩. 幾無禮貌丫....我要比貼士...比幾多...關你什麼事先.. 都未見過咁差的服務態度..仲要係身為一個經理.... 唉... 我"等"他個老細可憐,居然請了一個服務態度咁差經理..你們話丫.. 全間餐廳又點會有好生意.....食方面,一個下午茶餐(加一)要成四十多蚊, 食物方面又唔係咁特別..價錢唔算平..我心諗..唔通要消費過佰或千蚊先會招呼好... 食物一般, 肉臊太咸, 價錢貴, 小菜份量小, 座位擠迫.而最氣憤是服務極差......食物上速度極快, 快過大家樂, 相信係整好晒, 一叫就叮番熱比你.叫人加茶, 唔會有人理你, 所有服務員都黑口黑面, 連類似經理既人都一樣.埋單找勁多碎銀, 因為太氣憤, 所以沒給貼士, 那個類似經理既物體, 連多謝都冇句, 黑面怒咩你.呢間野就算d食物幾好, 咁既服務, 等執笠, 何況連食物都是一般, 竟然要食客受氣.真氣憤. 大家千祈唔好去受氣.

昨晚6點半同屋企人行完吉之島,諗住近近哋隨便找間餐廳食飯,咁啱呢間唔需要等位,就去試試原本由坐低到食完,一直都冇事,但到埋單時,問題就發生咗....原先叫嘢食時,發現HSBC有個優惠,食夠$300可減$50,我哋問waiter這個優惠怎樣可以用,當時waiter冇話星期六,日不可使用;到我哋落order時,再同佢示意會用HSBC找數,都冇話不可使用....到埋單,另一個waiter(名叫Calvin)先話唔用得,仲話幫我哋落order既waiter是新嚟,不清楚此優惠,又話如果我哋唔付此$50,佢地要自己付出,又或者抄咗個waiter,但一丁點兒唔好意思既態度都冇,sorry就緊係冇講啦;有冇攪錯,我哋$50付唔起咩,但果個Calvin不單只冇sorry,仲話咗我哋幾次"執著",跟住叫返落order既waiter過嚟,竟然話之前有同我哋講過此優惠唔用得,唔係呀化,咩waiter嚟架,你唔係咁勁記得每枱客落過咩order,講過d乜呀,你竟然咁sure有同我哋講過????????之後Calvin好串咁講句sorry,先生呀,我哋係客人,消費都要受氣...真係抵你哋去唔到大餐廳做嘢.....

剛過去的星期五, 一家五口落街食晚飯, 家姐話有呢間既9折咭, 所以去食, 今次係第4次去, 但今次竟然要等位, 攞左飛74號, 個叫飛人係經理, 佢話仲有幾張枱, 咁我地就係度等. 我地企過d, 費事左住佢個門口, 爸爸就企係佢隔離. 等左一陣, 有又係5個人來walk-in, 佢竟然俾左張枱佢地, 令好小扯火的爸爸都頂個經理唔順, 因為爸爸問佢點解人地剛walk-in來, 會快過我地, 佢竟然話"叫左74啦, 你地聽唔到jar", 爸爸即火起話:我一直企係你隔離wor~經理即口窒話有張卡位剛埋單, 唔介意坐住先. 都算啦. 入到去, d伙計既服務勁差, 包括叫又唔理, 黑口黑面, 態度差勁, 媽咪唔飲茶想換杯水都黑面. 不過經理都咁差, d伙計都有樣學樣啦. 真係冇野呀...食餐飯都要客人咁受氣, 價錢又唔係平, 等執笠吧啦.

今日同左幾個朋友, 因為肚餓,諗住搵間好d餐廳食啦! 之前經過都想吃架啦!<br />難得今日人比較多, 所以咪入去囉!<br />最先入去都無咩人,都覺得唔錯. 哇...到落order ..侍應係多.客人都無咩.但無人理啦! 終於有一個啦.竟叫你等等...轉頭已不見人了.叫了第二個寫order...ok...食完後..想叫柸野飲...哇...等左三.四個字都無到...叫人睇睇落左order 沒..地人聽完就算..又等...最後...咪叫佢地取消埋單囉..頂...d service 仲差...我俾張卡佢埋單..簽完名後...條友放左桌面就走人...真pk..咩都無講...邊有d咁差的service...shit....好想投訴佢架...但最後都放過佢..下次真係唔好咁好心...放過佢..真係好嬲...shit..以後都唔去呢間吃...其他侍應都好似無瞓醒咁..傻下...傻下...shit...無理精神..

食過這間不少次,皆因食物質素不錯.但侍應的服務態度簡直不能接受.有一次我們不是叫了很多東西,埋單總數兩個人百靚蚊,侍應笑笑口的遞上找續,全是毫子,好像在說如果要慳就慢慢逐個毫子拿!!我們又不是兩個人吃十靚廿蚊,只是不太餓所以叫了幾蝶都是小食,侍應的態度完全不尊重食客.不過由於食物質素真的不差,所以再次跟家人光顧.結賬時侍應駐足看我們給了多少貼士才走開.可能不是大企業,沒有足夠訓練給員工,又或是侍應們太重視貼士啦,完全比唔到尊重d顧客.

5月10日晚上來,2人叫?:1)滷水拼盤﹣有牛?,蛋,豬耳,豆腐,蘿蔔,雞翼﹣只有牛?似d樣外,其他1般?,唔夠滷水味2)花雕蜂蜜豬小排﹣唔覺花雕味,似蜜汁豬扒,不過肉質幾嫩,啖啖肉3)海苔肉鬆海鮮炒飯﹣最出色這碟菜,炒得好香,有八爪魚,魚肉,肉鬆,蝦﹣味道幾好4)紅豆稷﹣外形好特別,呈長圓椎狀,算多紅豆﹣可惜個base未夠熱到入,或者是比較厚身啦﹣今晚可惜筒仔米糕sold out,而且之前網友說的味菜腩肉麵配糕粿從menu上已沒有了﹣整體service滿意,除簽脹時那個外(因問佢?無反應)
