炸脾個皮真係又脆又簿,味道又唔會太咸

本人因飯後突然家有急事需要陪同家人去醫院,去完醫院之後坐車去了三多買了兩個外賣一個鹵水雞比餐配椰青水,一個餐旦麵,落單之後,係等外賣期間拎定外賣餐具,方便回家享用。女收銀員稱會有餐具跟埋的,甘我已將所拎餐具放回原位,再耐心等外賣,另一名五十多歲貌似老闆的男士就用不太有善的眼光望住我。直到拎外賣時我已即時查看餐具,只係比左餐旦麵筷子同匙羹各一隻,回家用餐時發現另外油雞脾配椰青水没有比刀同叉,雖然你係做快餐堂食的,但係比多另一份外賣餐具都不會過份嗎?今時今日既服務態度係唔可以甘的,再何況你係做街坊生意,想街坊再次會幫襯應會再三考慮。

一直都聽說這裡的炸肶好味,一直都想試.
可是試完後真覺得很一般,不是特別好味,一般茶餐廳都能做到這水準或者可以比這更好食

So we go in and get a table immediately since it was quite late. I order one of the signature chicken legs which was the crispy coating fried chicken leg. I left the leg to cool for a short while before starting as it just came out of the fryer. I then cut into the crispy coating and into the meat which was still juicy. I took one bite and thought I want to order another one! The meat was flavoursome and juicy, the coating was crunchy, flavoured and just the right thickness and it hit the spot! The crinkle cut chips and fried chicken wing tips were OK. But the star of the show and what I would go back for is the fried chicken leg (I asked for lightly spiced but this didn't make a difference as they gave me spicy powder).

同朋友來到大埔一嚐美食,之前已經喺大埔食左2站,胃納餘下少少空間,就黎試下出名嘅三多本來下午5點幾黎到,原來開夜晚6點食左第2樣野先慢慢行過黎,黎到差不多6點半,都無乜人。其實黎之前已經揀定食乜。本來應該喺店面點左食物然後俾錢先,但我地入左去店內坐底左先,有位大叔好好人地走黎幫我地落單,我問:乜唔係要喺出面點嗎?大叔話:得啦收齊數($)就得仲溫馨提示每位客人最低消費$30我地點左招牌炸雞肶($30)、香辣肉碎炒腸粉($32)同埋碗仔翅($20)。其實間餐店都幾多野食揀,眼花撩亂首先炸雞肶到,原來係沾炸粉炸的,其實我prefer唔好沾炸粉就咁生炸。雞肶新鮮炸所以夠熱夠脆,不過雞肶肉唔多夠嫩滑同埋唔多似醃過。個人覺得$30隻唔太抵食香辣肉碎炒腸粉,食落幾特別,味道亦唔錯,略嫌腸粉林左少少同唔夠滑。$32大大碟都算抵食碗仔翅反而一般,漿粉水,比較多粉絲,其他配料唔多。順便讚下嗰位大叔好好人,我同朋友食飽飽走人嗰時慢慢著褸揹袋,大叔話慢慢啦,最緊要食得開心食肆服務態度好,絕對會令客人食得開心舒服
