前排upload左D相,作為openrice初哥先發覺原來up相同寫食評係分開咖噢。咁就補番對三多炸髀嘅少少感想感悟啦。本身就唔係住果頭嘅,認識三多都係史萊姆挑戰辣粉果時知,但係都無機會入來試。見唔順路先特登入來試試。一來睇左兩睇個餐牌嘅,無太大特別,一般宵夜小食店嘅小食都有,但礙於本身就食飽左飯無bubu屙嘅情況下來(btw附近係有乾淨公廁可以屙bubu嘅,我見老闆都係去過個),就直接叫左個炸雞髀,老闆(應該嘅老闆)就比左張3號number紙皮(地道)。等左十幾分鐘,中途去左附近7仔買左支888ml coke來ready,髀到手,熱辣辣,皮脆嘅,感覺係包麵包糠,重量最手嘅,支竹籤都差d唔夠力,好味,肉有汁有味,唔太油膩感。係要ready紙巾以防咬脆左d皮跌落車度姐。

之前一向都係食開炸雞髀,心血來潮想試吓第二啲口味就叫咗滷水雞髀,兩款比較之下自己覺得炸雞髀好味啲,雖然滷水雞髀好入味但係肉質好似冇炸雞髀咁滑。所以如果未食個三多又想去食, 可以試咗炸雞髀先。

雖然滷水雞髀好入味但係肉質好似冇炸雞髀咁滑。
所以如果未食個三多又想去食, 可以試咗炸雞髀先。

久聞三多大名,今日終於有機會一試。三多名物炸雞髀即叫即炸,雞脾肉被躺開來炸,不怕炸不熟。不過個人覺得雞髀肉不夠juicy,但香脆度絕對足夠~另外來了一份豉油皇肉碎炒腸粉,鑊氣十足,但就調味過咸,對腎臟負擔超重。

同朋友經過三多總店,差唔多到晚飯時間但又心思思想食雞脾所以就同朋友一人叫左一隻雞脾,唔同口味可以share打算一路行一路食住雞脾返屋企,所以叫左外賣等左15分鐘,終於等到即叫即整既雞脾,但由於雞脾實在太大隻同太熱,而又想同朋友share口味食過於手忙腳亂下只好同朋友係附近涼亭既位置立食炸脾外層炸得又酥又脆,亦唔會覺得落左好多粉,咬落去都好多汁!而滷水就好入味,又唔會過鹹~兩者肉質都好滑好嫩,終於明白點解一隻雞脾要索價$30,同茶餐廳既下午茶的確有好大既分別
