住咗係大埔十幾年,三多嘅炸雞脾🍗係我食過最好味的,外脆內嫩,又多汁,而且不會覺得膩連我一向嘴刁係韓國大酒店做過總廚嘅爸爸都讚好❤💕特別係鼓油王炒麵另外,炸肉丸都是超好吃,唔單止外面炸得好,連裡面都保留肉汁腸粉也是挺有心思的,外皮有煎過,而且仲有唔多款揀添🤔總括而言,本人真係真心十分推薦大家去食!!

离家很近的小食店。老板好像不会说普通话,我又不会讲粤语,但他很有耐心跟我确认点的餐。外带一个炸鸡髀,第一次知道原来粤语的鸡腿叫鸡髀!完整一个鸡腿外面裹了面包糠炸,不油腻,里面的肉很嫩。但一定要趁热吃。个人觉得比韩式炸鸡好吃多了!

离家很近的小食店。
老板好像不会说普通话,我又不会讲粤语,但他很有耐心跟我确认点的餐。
外带一个炸鸡髀,第一次知道原来粤语的鸡腿叫鸡髀!
完整一个鸡腿外面裹了面包糠炸,不油腻,里面的肉很嫩。但一定要趁热吃。个人觉得比韩式炸鸡好吃多了!

踩單入到黎食三多,差唔多個個大埔人都推介。三多炸脾,果然名不虛傳。炸脾外脆內嫩兼即炸呢啲基本功不在話下。Amazing 之處係佢嘅炸粉係輕巧得黎又有口感,唔會太硬,仲會有清脆嘅口感!值得一試!

老實講如果唔係朋友推介我就未必搵到黎,搵到黎又未必食,無他既,地點真係好偏僻,環境衛生亦不是太理想,屬街邊大排檔果種,所以我都係外賣好了人人推介炸雞脾同辣肉炒腸粉,跟大隊即叫即做,都要等等,幾多人排隊,離屋企不遠,唔會太受影響,否則唔建議外賣,因為炸雞脾會霖。兩個字時間返到屋企,估唔到外皮仍然非常脆,有種細個去連鎖快餐店下午茶炸雞脾的感覺,少少貴,差不多三十蚊隻又唔係大隻,但算值得既。個腸粉都可以一食,但是腸粉是偏硬,不是平時軟淋淋的,投訴就真係無乜,大家不妨試試

他買了一堆雞脾,包括炸和鹵,而我選了鹵水味的雞脾。

拿上手的時侯已感到雞脾的厚重,有應有的鹵水香。

大埔宵夜三多炸脾必定榜上有名,上星期終於有機會一嚐。縱然,三多名物必然是炸脾,但奈何太熱氣了,所以是日轉攻油脾,油脾被一層厚厚的醬油粘著,一望到已經涶涎三尺,咬下去,肉質鮮嫩,啖啖肉汁滲出,幸好它份量夠大,足以滿足雞脾控的欲望。另外,還點了香辣肉碎炒腸粉,當中的辣汁很惹味,加上有點脆邊的腸粉,真是絕配!三多果然名不虛傳,是一間會令人吃上癮的食店,為了雞脾,減肥計劃都要擱置了!

與記憶中生炸雞髀有出入,三多雞髀是有沾上粉炸的,脆皮上另加辣粉調味,外貌及口感像豪大大,味道不太出,只吃出鹽味而雞味也是欠缺,辣粉也不夠辣,不過肉質是鮮嫩的。最可惜的是三多雞髀的皮與肉之間欠缺油份,相信這是生炸雞髀做得不好的至命點。
