不是舊式生炸髀

與記憶中生炸雞髀有出入，三多雞髀是有沾上粉炸的，脆皮上另加辣粉調味，外貌及口感像豪大大，味道不太出，只吃出鹽味而雞味也是欠缺，辣粉也不夠辣，不過肉質是鮮嫩的。最可惜的是三多雞髀的皮與肉之間欠缺油份，相信這是生炸雞髀做得不好的至命點。
