好多車仔麵店都係求其炒埋一碗俾客人吃,而且房舖超細,食完趕客走嗰款,$30是最低消費吧,但這家店餸菜分明,而且大大碗兩餸只是$23,三餸都不用$30,而且真係大大碗落足料,仲有豬頸肉同埋雞翼選擇,花枝丸仲係完整嘅兩大粒,唔係半粒嗰種,最特別係可以自己加蝦油,咖喱汁又正,賣相靚又好味,食佐咁多檔,真正好味又坐得舒服嘅,只此一家,喜歡吃車仔麵一定要試試🤓

今晚本來730要返學,陳老師話怕我又逃學,要陪我食飯兼送我返學。咁好嘅姊妹陪伴,更係揾啲好嘢食下。揾到呢間嘢,咁搞笑,又車仔麵又串燒 (都係我吃貨小熊嘅飛彿) ,就去試下啦。一向對長沙灣食店情有獨鍾,細個呢頭讀書,有好多有質素嘅小店,所以經常喺呢頭出沒。講返三郎先,因為唔太肚餓,所以只叫左串燒類,先有小熊嘅至愛金菇肥牛卷、有陳老師喜愛嘅雞潤、大家都想食嘅蒜蓉茄子同羊架。第二輪叫左豬頸肉,九菜,牛柳粒,牛舌,雞腎,同再encore 金菇肥牛卷。除左雞腎咬唔開之外,其他食物都唔錯。以上食物加埋兩啤酒一汽水都係$198,邊度揾吖。

我由年頭開始光顧這間食店,由最初一星期來一次到現在完全放棄,起初只因高評分而來試,試過也沒有令我失望,食材新鮮,味道不錯,看得出是用心製作,但到年中後,看見廚房及樓面的人不同了,就開始「出事」了...。首先談出餐所需時間,車仔麵比人感覺就是多選擇及夠快,起初問題其實不大,選擇不少,雖然等的時間頗長,大約25-30分鐘,對於只得1小時午膳時間的我來說,吃得非常急趕,但味道我覺得可以彌補這方面不足。後來轉人後,這個問題就更嚴重,一碗車仔麵足足可以做了45分鐘,最後更要取消飲品(因飲品不知為何一定要出完麵才肯做),吃完直奔回公司...。談味道,最初味道絕對比其他店的車仔麵優勝,湯底不錯、餸菜新鮮、賣相一流(會放一些蝦干和XO醬上面)。轉人後,煮法及味道跟之前比較,完全差天共地,可以用難吃來形容,加上成碗麵極之油膩,吃完後整個嘴都是油,絕對沒有誇張...真的懷念最初那兩位年青人烹調車仔麵的時代,真的很可惜...

中肯講,食物ok,但份量少。
如果肚餓食唔夠。

黎到呢度,無理由唔食串燒,但我同老婆食完麵都幾飽,但都叫左雞軟骨同牛舌,老闆個爸爸就叫我地試埋扇貝同帶子,話好正,但因為太飽都係放棄。。下次試下先

串燒:
牛舌:軟硬岩岩好,無出血水,表面夠乾身,咬入去又有少少汁,同時調味落得幾好,唔會太咸又夠香。

雞軟骨:一上黎,熱辣辣食左啖,好鬼香口,又夠脆,味道好好,配啤酒一流。不過放凍左,調味會有少少變苦味,但整體都係好食。

講完食物,真係想講係呢間野裝修,出面講真食車仔麵好多時都污污曹曹,圓台十幾張,又逼又窄,相反靜係放幾張木台,幾張高身吧台,燈光又有少少昏暗環境咁,唔知真係以為係入左日本居酒屋咁款,真係無諗過屋邨附近都有間咁高質既車仔麵店,係而家呢啲租又貴,物質又高既情況下,仲有老闆願意以咁宜人既價錢同高質既食物質素去經營,真係值得一讚,所以老婆都話將三郎例入我地長期飯票之一,為本地企業打打氣。希望三郎頂到呢個巨輪

係長沙灣發現左一間擁有住日本裝修既車仔麵檔,真係第一次見比佢既裝修吸引左 因為佢唔同一般既車仔麵檔咁 所以就試下佢有咩唔同啦!入到店內環境雖然唔係好大,但感覺店主好善用空間,設有高枱,也有低枱。而且有d位客人黎到可以影相打卡,佢日本風裝修得黎又夾d香港style既裝飾!店內仲有自家制蝦油,十分香口,但又唔係十分辣。唔單之有車仔麵而且仲有唔同種類既串燒!點左一碗係芝士腸,花枝丸,脆皮豬頸肉配上小辣咖哩汁烏冬。湯底十分香,而且飲落又唔會話十分重味精,食材用料新鮮,食落唔會有雪味。咖哩汁既香配上烏冬流入喉嚨,簡值係無得頂,值得讚一讚。另一碗係豬潤魷魚藥膳雞腳配上小辣咖哩汁油麵。湯底汁底同上,豬潤食落唔會太粉,藥膳雞腳好夠味,濃濃既藥膳味,好夠淋。而且配上食車仔麵必點的油麵,又係好夾!!由於只係下午茶時間食唔到太多,所以只叫了牛舌及雞軟骨。燒既時間岩岩好,牛舌唔會太老6成左右岩岩好,一放入口肉汁係口入面爆發,正!雞軟骨就脆卜卜~好香口!!
