朋友仔今日帶我嚟呢間🤩老字號上海菜館食晚餐🥣,佢話裝修咗之後光猛咗同乾淨咗!餐廳唔算大,座位有少少🤏窄😂。朋友仔鍾意食🐑羊肉就揀咗呢個🌶水煮羊肉,味道十分之唔錯,夠香夠辣🌶,不過羊肉係好似打邊爐嗰啲肥羊片,但最吸引我哋🤩嘅係底下嗰啲吸晒汁嘅薯粉!我好耐都冇🤤食過鱔糊,所以我就揀咗呢個鱔糊炒粗面😋,味道唔錯,但最驚喜嘅係啲鱔好🤩爽口,唔會❌𣺉啤啤咁👍!另外我哋仲叫咗一籠小籠包🤤,啲小籠包都幾大粒,皮薄餡靚🤩豬肉🐖鮮味,不過入邊就唔算好多🥣湯汁。總結來講係附近幾高質抵食👍嘅上海菜餐廳,佢嘅鱔糊特別🤩出色,我覺得下次可以嚟淨係食鱔糊😂!

值得一提嘅係一入到去坐低,侍應就會畀一碟花生同一碟蕎頭我哋做開胃前菜。可能唔少人都未聽過蕎頭係啲咩,蕎頭係蕎菜嘅根部,用糖、米醋等材料醃一段長時間,食起上嚟酸酸哋勁爽口。十幾年前去普通酒樓飲茶都會有,但最近十幾年大型連鎖酒樓集團興起,好似美X、富X、稻X呢類酒樓就埋沒咗好多香港嘅酒樓傳統,搞到今時今日去酒樓竟然仲可以食到日式秋刀魚,簡直不倫不類。傳統文化需要香港嘅新一代繼續努力去傳承,加油啊香港人💪🏻

日前與家人去到香港仔,中午做完事情後,一行四人就在附近用餐。餐館的門面不起眼,內裡的位置也不多。坐下後做完一輪防疫措施後就點菜。我們要了醉雞(例牌)、小籠包(10隻)、蝦醬鮮魷炒飯、擔擔麵及雜錦豆腐煲,後來再加了一條炸銀絲卷。醉雞(例牌)份量也不少,花雕味濃郁,雞肉嫩滑,味道不錯。小籠包(10隻)皮薄肉鮮,肉質鮮美腍滑有肉汁,而且還很大隻,熱騰騰的端上來,要食也不能心急,小心燙嘴。之前未試過這個蝦醬鮮魷炒飯,蝦醬味香濃,稍嫌鮮魷較為細粒,飯也炒得乾身而不太油。我們要的擔擔麵是不辣的,味道適中,麵質也算爽滑。雜錦豆腐煲的材料除了豆腐外,就有一些如豬肝、豬肚、雞腎、蝦及冬菇等,味道還可以。後加的炸銀絲卷,熱呼呼的上來,一人一件就清碟了,也算皮脆內軟,可以蘸煉奶來食。整體來說質素不錯,埋單後還有抽獎,抽到一客豆沙鍋餅,雖然沒有時限,但也不知下次甚麼時候會再來。

公司因為特殊原因 (大家都明係咩一回事),搞到今年的開年飯都遲咗食,檔次亦低咗很多,只去了香港仔的上海天龍樓吃午飯便算。這店子都幾細,我哋十幾人迫在廚房門口的一張大檯,總算坐得晒。不過衛生方面,絕對有改善空間,你知啦家下咩時勢。我哋點咗個合家歡套餐$798,有【三色拼盤】、【賽螃蟹】、【回鍋肉】、【砂鍋雲吞雞】、【宮保蝦仁】、【麻婆豆腐】、【火腿津白】,都幾抵食。不過,我哋咁多人又點會夠食,所以多點了廿隻小籠包、廿隻餃子、糖醋魚塊、砂鍋雲吞雞等食物,當然啤酒、豆漿、汽水亦唔少得啦。【三色拼盤】海蜇、燻魚、牛展。燻魚比較好味,最快俾人掃清。【回鍋肉】回鍋肉爆炒得好香。【砂鍋雲吞雞】兩鍋雲吞雞,一鍋明顯地淡味,即是烹調水準好唔穩定。【糖醋魚塊】魚塊有腥味,又多骨。【小籠包】皮厚、肉汁少。【餃子】皮厚,食咗會好飽。個個都食到飽晒,埋單前,店子老闆仲專登整10隻高力豆沙俾我哋去分。水準一般,勉強合格。
