不經意走過,看到上海豆漿,忍不住過去瞧瞧。是小時候,在葵涌常去吃,連早餐也要買個栥飯的豆漿大王。真的是她,連餐牌跟餐具也是一樣,心情就像重遇故友一樣。必點煎豆腐,栥飯,餃子上海麵,豆花!煎豆腐,豆味濃郁,煎香了加點肉末的鹹香,份外滋味。栥飯,厚實的一個,咬下去,肉鬆的甜,榨菜的鹹,加上油條,懷念的味道,真是回味無窮。上海麵,獨特的粗度和咬勁,是其他麵條找不到的。配上自家製餃子,皮煙韌,餡料新鮮,一碗溫暖。就是這味道!

相信住寶琳嘅大家對佢一啲都唔陌生我每次想食上海野都會嚟呢到又平又快手 重點係味道一啲都唔差平日嘅五點幾嚟到仲有得食佢哋下午茶大約40就有交易真係抵到爛我哋叫咗一個甜豆漿加湯圓加炸饅頭餐另外一個係牛肉麵加鹹豆漿餐饅頭香脆 點煉奶黎食係完美嘅組合其實有三個饅頭㗎不過影相之前太肚餓忍唔住食咗一個我最鍾意嘅係佢哋甜豆漿好香滑 豆味濃 唔會太甜如果好似我咁貪心嘅話可以加湯圓係我最鍾意嘅黑芝麻餡!相對黎講牛肉麵同埋鹹豆漿就冇咁出色牛肉比較老 麵條煮得太淋而且湯底無味鹹豆漿就有啲過鹹

相信住寶琳嘅大家對佢一啲都唔陌生

好香滑 豆味濃 唔會太甜
如果好似我咁貪心嘅話可以加湯圓
係我最鍾意嘅黑芝麻餡!
相對黎講牛肉麵同埋鹹豆漿就冇咁出色
牛肉比較老 麵條煮得太淋
而且湯底無味

一向都挺喜歡傳統的上海麵食,粥品油條,豆漿粢飯,但是要在香港找正宗真的不太熟悉。平時較少機會嚐到咸豆漿,大多粥麵店都只供應甜豆漿,所以對咸豆漿的味道非常陌生。來到傳統的上海粥品店,餐牌上還有其他食物,粥粉麵飯包點等都有,而且價錢平民。二話不說已經被那咸豆漿吸引著,點了咸豆漿再額外加蛋,起初以為純粹味道就像豆漿加鹽。很快就來了一碗熱滾滾、豐富的咸豆漿。上網看看平日的咸豆漿通常如何製作,才知道原來殊不簡單調味有醬油、鹽、糖、數種配料預先要烹煮過,怪不得那麼惹味,有蔥花、榨菜粒、蝦米、切成片的油條,另外加了雞蛋,蛋汁打進豆漿裡,再拌勻一下,豆漿帶點蛋黃蛋白,很足料,而且味道不會太濃味,吃完後整個人也暖和了。

調味有醬油、鹽、糖、數種配料預先要烹煮過,怪不得那麼惹味,有蔥花、榨菜粒、蝦米、切成片的油條,另外加了雞蛋,蛋汁打進豆漿裡,再拌勻一下,豆漿帶點蛋黃蛋白,很足料,而且味道不會太濃味,吃完後整個人也暖和了。

#上海排骨粉絲 將軍澳係滿佈商場嘅地方,地舖唔多,而且租金都比較昂貴,要食到平價食物真係唔容易,呢間上海真味屹立不倒好多年,朝早要食粢飯豆漿真係只有幫襯佢,以前都會去佢鋪頭食嘢,因為經營多年,鋪頭地方比較污糟,近期裝修完,真係乾淨晒。佢依舊仲係好多榨菜,榨菜豬肉配粉絲係最好。上海排骨即係豬扒啦,出邊啲上海店排骨係有層野包住炸,可能係厚厚生粉吧,但我唔鍾意,我就係鍾意呢一隻似「台灣鹽酥豬扒」嘅質感,好味道。希望佢永遠屹立下去😆

由細到大都好喜歡食上海菜,不過依家香港d傳統上海菜館都所餘無幾。見呢間小店都幾多人幫襯,店名又有上海二字,就抱不訪一試既心態入內。叫左一碗酸辣湯,一客小籠包,煎餃同鹵水蛋豆腐。正宗既酸辣湯材料會有豆腐、木耳、香菇、胡蘿蔔、竹荀和豬肉,所有材料都切成絲。呢度只有豆腐粒,木耳絲及肉絲,肉絲好似柴咁,慶幸佢俾得少,唔係食到牙都痛,辣度ok, 酸度則不足。小籠包,皮厚肉無味,點小籠包既薑絲居然只有2條,醋又似溝左水,好唔掂!煎餃同食急凍水餃無分別,餡料無特別,無肉汁,就算煎左一邊既皮都腍既。鹵水蛋豆腐,蛋同豆腐一d都唔入味,兩樣野都唔似係放過入鹵水到煮。走時環顧四周,發現大部份食客都只係食豆漿同粢飯。可想而知,其實呢度根本唔係食上海野既地方!

這間不起眼的上海菜店非常多人光顧,大部分都是附近的住客。這裡的上海菜不太正宗,但性價比極高。豆漿$8每次必點,熱豆漿大大碗超抵,不會太甜。餈飯$17也是每次必點,餈飯餡料豐富,有酸菜油炸鬼等,但近年加價得很厲害。上海淨雲吞$31味道普通,咬下去時有點散。酸辣油豆腐麵$35酸辣油豆腐的味道比一般豆腐及豆卜更多層次,酸酸辣辣令人開胃。上海排骨麵$33排骨大塊,炸得好吃,但略嫌太多油。炸饅頭$14就是一般炸饅頭的味道,是不會難吃的菜式。煎餃子$20忘了拍照,水準普通合格啦。
