冬至今年食返傳統既粵菜,揀左位於灣仔駱克道既「中華小館」紫砂功夫燉湯今日燉湯係瘦肉燉太子參,個湯都幾清,味道就唔算好濃郁得獎奶油大虎蝦個汁好有泰式同馬來西亞喇沙既味道,好好飲,但個汁同虎蝦都唔夠熱,令到成個菜有d失色乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲拆肉既蟹肉真係方便,粉絲亦都炒得好乾身,惹味又好食蜜汁厚切叉燒皇叉燒肉質好腍,但有d嫌佢腍得滯,勝在啖啖肉,整體既味道都調得幾好D枱都放得幾密,食物我覺得還好,但服務態度就真係有待改善,女侍應越叫越走,仲用扮聽唔到呢招都好out下,港人鍾意北上食野真係有原因😮‍💨

聖誕假期前的最後一個工作天,和同事訂了座吃中菜,約十二時打電話去仍有十人的大枱。我們點了八人套餐(4個前菜,4個主菜), 另加上海煮豆苗。套餐包含了燉湯,是用茶壺盛著,看著新奇有趣。主菜率先上菜,冷盤前菜反而最後才到。最有驚喜的是金沙明蝦球,炒蝦球內包含鹹蛋黄,十分惹味。
