灣仔呢間中菜館的裝修頗漂亮,很有氣派,很適合請客食飯或者家人朋友聚餐,魚缸有好多新鮮靚海鮮,好多選擇,餐廳內裡的樓底很高,不會有焗促的感覺,而且陳設都很漂亮,牆上的掛畫亦有畫龍點睛的感覺,座位寬敞舒適,餐桌和餐具均乾淨整齊,黑松露海鮮蛋白炒飯份量很多,一大碟,一上桌已經聞到濃郁的黑松露香味,而且炒飯夠乾身,粒粒分明,配有滑嫰的蛋白和彈牙的蝦仁,配料還有菜和洋蔥,炒得很有水準。侍應招呼殷勤有禮,茗茶亦水滾茶靚。

今日係灣仔中華小館試一試炒菜 。入面燈光明亮,室內設計一派中華氣息,加上一幅幅璧畫更顯風味。脆皮鳳梨咕嚕肉外皮鬆脆,祼滿酸甜汁,調味適中,唔會過鹹,梅頭豬肉鬆軟,香味十足。送飯一流。大班兩味蒜蓉蒸斑頭腩蒸得香甜軟熟,但龍躉膠質的特有煙韌性仍然保留。浸滿蒸魚豉油,滿滿魚油膠質淋在白飯上,可謂最佳食法。翡翠炒斑球魚球唔會炒到過淋,肉質仍然有彈性,加上煎過魚皮,使斑球更加香濃,西蘭花更吸滿魚油,更加香甜。啫啫芥蘭上菜時渣渣聲,芬香撲鼻,鍋子仍留在餘溫。使蝦米與豬肉碎的香味滲在芥蘭上,又是一個偷飯小菜。
