點嘅時候冇留意到係韮菜花,仲以為係韮菜。一般串燒店都係只有韮菜,燒韮菜花一點也不常見。韮菜花比韮菜嘅好嘅地方就係唔會咬唔爛,而且燒完都依然好嫩。一句講哂:好味👍🏽

點呢道燒魷干嘅目的主要係想試試佢個辣汁,可惜嘅係呢個自家製辣汁嘅辣度唔夠辣,又唔夠特別,睇唔出同普遍起市買到嘅辣椒醬有咩分別,而且同燒魷干一啲都唔夾。

串燒:彩椒燒茄子($38)
燒茄子嘅選擇都算多,足足有3款,但因為第一次嚟,我都唔知邊款比較好,咁就隨便點左自己好似啱食嘅,點知咁就出左事喇!!!呢個係燒茄子,但點睇都好似係蒸茄子。茄子上面有彩椒、洋蔥、肉碎等配料。啲肉碎食落去嘅感覺就好似去飲茶食叉燒腸粉咁。賣相、味道同口感都似係蒸茄子多過燒茄子,係健康嘅!

因為雞中翼漏左單,我地等左好耐都未有,所以就問左waiter,我地可唔可以取消左佢,但佢又話燒緊,點知我地一等再等,等左可能廿分鐘到終於有,應該係啱啱燒起,唔知係咪廚房趕住出單,入面好似未燒熟就上左菜🤷🏾‍♀️

總括嚟講,雖然呢間串燒店價錢比同區嘅串燒店高,但係啲裝修明顯有花心思,如果同三五知己想搵地方食宵夜,可以坐得舒舒服服傾下計,呢度都會一個好地方,所以我覺得呢度都值得推介!
