香港邊度燒烤多又平,咁係紅磡啦。今次我地四人來紅磡尋覓燒烤。之前放工常常路過呢間鋪頭,都見到有人排隊,又見到招牌獨家臭豆腐,覺得香港少有,於是入去嘗味。嘩,打開餐牌見到有蔥燒鮑魚!價格合理,仲有避風塘茄子,饞到我地流曬口水。廢話不多,直接上圖:我地嗌左臭豆腐,蔥燒鮑魚,避風塘茄子,韭菜,蘆筍,翠玉瓜,香菇,雞軟骨以及雞全翼,其中最出色的是蔥燒鮑魚,蔥燒底勁香,一共五隻鮑魚,個頭來看都唔算好小隻,醬香惹味,價格都唔算好貴,150蚊,都算抵食。臭豆腐都幾好食,中醫蘸醬,避風塘茄子都好足料,外酥內嫩,其他的燒烤菜色中規中矩。最後埋單一人170HKD

我地嗌左臭豆腐,蔥燒鮑魚,避風塘茄子,韭菜,蘆筍,翠玉瓜,香菇,雞軟骨以及雞全翼,其中最出色的是蔥燒鮑魚,蔥燒底勁香,一共五隻鮑魚,個頭來看都唔算好小隻,醬香惹味,價格都唔算好貴,150蚊,都算抵食。
臭豆腐都幾好食,中醫蘸醬,避風塘茄子都好足料,外酥內嫩,其他的燒烤菜色中規中矩。

its been over a year since i visited @chuendongdong 🤤 last time i visited it was packed 😞 this time it was quite empty! But the food is still amazing 🤩 chicken wings are 🔥 and if u like spicy then they got a range of options for you 😊 the crazy thing is we were actually missing some $14 cash but the owner was nice enough and said it was fine! obviously bring enough cash when u come but it left a really good impression on us 😋

七里香即係雞尾,因為唔係成日喺串燒店見到所以就叫咗,聽講係每日限量發售,有時要預訂先食到。依個雞尾同我喺日本串燒店食到嘅又唔同,依個雞尾係會食到雞皮同雞骨,而佢有一個類似豆瓣醬可以點,因為經過處理剪走左多餘脂肪,燒至脆皮,油香味重。

朋友話嚟到呢度除咗水煮,一定要食串燒。所以都嗌左幾款大路嘢,燒雞翼個皮好脆好好食,雞肉依然好Juicy,有淡淡的孜然味,好惹味

燒菠蘿好清甜,不過我覺得可以再燒耐啲,等佢有多啲焦香。
不過燒金菇就有少少失望,燒得較為乾身,同埋太多孜然粉係面,食食下濁親。

食完串燒,就叫咗個濕濕地嘅辣炒土豆絲作為埋尾,土豆絲爽脆,辣辣地但係又食到薯仔嘅甜味,滿足

以前一想吃串燒,就只會去紅磡吃一家頗出名啲串燒店,因為便宜又好吃。可惜的是不能再光顧那間店,所以我很久沒有吃過串燒了。這次來到紅磡另一家串燒店,點了最愛吃的燒雞全翼,三送一。另外還有牛丸,雞軟骨,雞髀菇,澳洲牛柳,雞肉腸,牛舌,豬爽肉,司華力腸。雞全翼是第一樣到的,熱辣辣,香噴噴!沒有拍照的原因是⋯⋯因為太肚餓了,忍不到跳過相機食先的環節了。雞全翼是最好吃的,外香脆內嫩滑多汁;澳洲牛柳肉質軟腍;豬爽肉口感爽口多油,意外的好吃。其他串燒不過不失。值得一提的是牛舌,大大塊但口感不像其他串燒店的脆口彈牙,而是十分軟嫩,比較像牛肉麵上的牛肉(?)😂

食客既時間都係時間,浪費左我接近1個鐘時間,又唔係好出名,當時客又唔多,點解會搞到咁?

普通~都見到個湯好清....係有少少辣油飄飄...餸就有牛丸魚蛋溏心蛋支竹蓮藕...好多吧
基本組合就可以一次過點咁多餸,都非常少見。
質數就普普通通,不過見佢個溏心蛋做得幾好就比個大特寫佢喇
