前幾日和朋友去元朗逛街,晚上找找有什麼吸引的食店,最後決定去九丁目食燒肉,這店環境不錯,頗有日本風情。至尊二人套餐超多野食,各種部位的牛肉、豚肉,龍蝦、大扇貝都有,又有沙律,還有甜品、飲品,真係幾豐富。鹿兒島A5和牛,脂肪豐富,燒起來幾惹火,入口相當軟滑油潤,油香充斥口腔。和牛牛眼芯,油膩分佈均勻,味道較濃郁,同樣軟滑,口感不錯。米豚肉眼,比腩肉肥肉較少,更合我意,肉質香軟,燒起來油香四溢,一點也不膩。扇貝好大隻,很厚身,加上牛油一齊燒十分香,好有鮮味,可惜只有兩隻。龍蝦尾看上去不是很大,但原來都幾厚肉,加點黑椒和海鹽,相當惹味,而且爽口彈牙。燒菠蘿作為甜品也不錯,燒完的菠蘿特別甜,外表燒得微微焦,好好看。溫泉蛋紫菜飯都是套餐包含的,溫泉蛋熟度剛好,混和紫菜飯都幾好味。抹茶紅豆特飲,都幾大杯,抹茶味濃厚,加上忌廉,飲起來好滑。

想食高水準日式燒肉, 提議朋友去元朗, 一間間中都會同大西北之友食既心水燒肉店。係好順泰無論門口同入面都有種入左大阪一間燒肉鋪既感覺。雖然樣樣都想食, 但兩個人食唔多,唔可以浪費,所以都係叫左幾個items,大部分既食材都係日本產, 燒肉黎講最緊要係食材新鮮, 有圖有真相叫左-大阪城盛盒-有三層肉同生菜, 貪佢有齊三款日本產牛·雞·豬·肉,  十勝和牛肉眼頂、薩摩雞腿肉、米豚五花雞肉好滑, 豚肉油香超正。北海道元貝二本, 大大粒, 配埋牛油絕配上品和牛肩肉, 上品牛胸腹肉, 十勝和牛肉眼頂,厚切上等牛舌, 全部油花足, 入口即溶, 野菜盛-粟米 +翠玉瓜+菠蘿蟹子沙律飲品亦有好多日式特飲, 夏天飲一定好正。
