我上次去咗尖沙咀呢間【雲手工火鍋店】食火鍋,真係好好味!😋 首先,我試咗佢哋嘅藥膳醉雞鍋($328),湯底好濃郁,雞肉又鮮嫩,每一口都好有滋味。🍲 之後,我又試咗香煎鵝肝墨魚丸(半份,$68),鵝肝同墨魚嘅味道好match,真係好驚喜。🦑我仲試咗佢哋嘅手工製作墨魚滑($98),口感Q彈,配上秘制醬汁,真係好美味。🍥 我仲揀咗精選牛肉拼盤同綜合蔬菜拼盤($88),食材新鮮,好適合火鍋。🥩🥦 我仲食咗台灣寬粉($48),口感Q彈爽滑,真係火鍋嘅好拍檔。🍜 最後,我飲咗一杯檸檬梳打(一榨,$68),清新嘅味道。🍋總括嚟講,火鍋真係好好味,服務又好,環境又舒適。👍 下次再去尖沙咀,我一定會帶埋朋友同屋企人黎食!

我哋點咗🍽️火焰三椰雞鍋($328)

首先將半隻雞放落個鍋再加牛油煎香。跟住加燒酒點火,場面都幾震撼㗎。跟住加椰青水同椰皇水再落椰子雞湯做湯底。當啲湯滾咗之後我哋第一件事唔係淥嘢食,而係飲啖湯先,好正呀👍
