第一次嚟,店舖裝修很精緻,而且服務員態度很好。問店員有什麼特色湯底,推介了火焰三椰雞鍋和火焰沙白蟹鍋。我們選了一個火焰沙白蟹鍋 $348店員會即席幫我們烹調,還細心詢問我們是否喜歡吃芫荽,新鮮的螃蟹和沙白加入芫荽,二鍋頭,爆炒之後加入雞湯,湯頭很鮮甜,帶有微微的酒香,起正!沙白很好吃,同湯底的芫荽和芹菜很配襯。油麥菜 $48 菜係一定要食嘅,襯個湯仲好清甜時一早食,湯底未有油,啲菜就最正。叫了一碟細安格斯牛肉 $268,份量很多,兩個人食很足夠,油花分布均勻,這個淥5-10秒就可以。手打鹹蛋黃蝦丸 $52/4粒,咬開真係有咸蛋黃响入面,而且好彈牙。佢drink list 有紅白酒,啤酒汽水,仲有我最喜歡的支裝梳打水,$18服務很好,店員會主動加湯換碟,完全唔洗舉手叫,而且坐得很舒服,冷氣又剛剛好,最怕打邊爐勁凍或者冇冷氣。

🍹竹蔗茅根(一榨)
飲得出係自家煲,甜到剛好,竹蔗茅根夠濃,清熱一流。

💬份量精緻,以為會唔夠飽,結果食到抱住個肚走。建議三四個人食一鍋,雞鍋目測都有半隻雞。邊食邊傾呢度啱晒,無限時,唔使趕住走。
