7) 貴妃蚌 (真係爽脆,好好食!啲椰子雞湯索咗入去,好鮮甜+清甜,味道極致提升!)

9)tropical iced tea (好好飲,有百香果、菠蘿汁、橙汁、茶)
10)嗌咗碟手切牛頸脊,但係因為其他嘢太好食,牛肉變得普通咗(正常)

備註1: 呢個湯底,記住要嗌稻庭烏冬,簡直係椰子雞湯嘅天花板!索晒啲湯,極度清甜😍

備注2: 調味料嗰度,佢有比「青花椒油」,好食。不過唔食麻嘅朋友就唔好加。同埋基本上個三椰雞湯好夠味,唔係太需要點醬。

另外想讚佢啲員工,每一個後生仔女都好有禮貌!有train 過!(一定會帶朋友再返嚟打邊爐👍)仲見到有K房,下次可以包房打邊爐!

Today, I went to try hot pot with my friends.

We ordered a flaming crab and clam soup base, which had crab, clam meat, and a lot of coriander, giving it a rich flavor.

We also ordered two skewers:
- Lychee Pork Skewers: The combination of pork skewers with lychee is truly a match made in heaven.
- Chicken Cartilage: This dish was incredibly tender.

For the hot pot, we ordered:
- Beef Bone and Beef Juice Balls: The beef balls were simply heartwarming and comforting.
- Handmade Cheese-filled Beef Balls: The cheese center oozes out when you bite into the beef ball.
- Pork Neck: No matter how you pair it, the pork neck is always delicious.
- Crystal Tender Beef (served with silky egg): The beef paired with the silky egg was melt-in-your-mouth good.

Additionally, the service was very attentive, with a staff member helping us light the stove. 🔥🔥 Perfect for taking photos! 🥰
