不能錯過的小食,上臺已經聞到香味,味道不會重口,只有淡淡的鹹蛋黃味道。魚皮十分香脆,容易食到周圍都有脆脆。魚皮份量極多,小編完全由頭食到尾,魚皮是最後一個清曬。

愛菌人士必叫!這裏的手工餃子也是與坊間的明顯的不同。坊間的餃子皮會越煮越漲(厚),餡料有點少。這間的餃子皮煮過之後有點像雲吞皮,有點滑但不漲,更容易看得到餡料的比例。咬開之後,已經看到滿滿的黑松露醬跟雜菌,甚至絲絲帶甜的蟹肉(蟹肉比較聚集在餃子中間)。菌的香味完全爆發,蟹肉口感扎實明顯,當時即刻變得好開胃,在這餐晚飯裏應該是最濃烈的食物🤪

賣相雖然一般,但牛的質素依然不錯。這裏的牛舌芯比起外面的火鍋店多了juicy、滑溜及中心的爽脆口感。牛味會偏向after taste才有,不會很濃,但會不自覺越食越多,整體有balance感之餘,亦會食到雞湯的味道。
