9月應該已開始轉涼,但今年既9月唔只冇轉涼,重打風添。行左陣比太陽曬一曬已經想入冷氣地方,第一時間就諗起呢間甜品舖,食陣甜品,等太陽落山先行出戶外。餐牌多選擇到呢,之前黎過N咁多次,次次食唔同款都未試曬。今次就食呢款叫盆滿砵滿,個名好新年,叫完都忍唔著笑。不過真心多料,有涼粉,粟子蓉,窩夫,士多啤梨雪糕,丸子,啱曬貪心既我。不過好大碟,食完要行耐D先易消化D。

一班人食完飯通常都會有下場 - 食甜品。而家好多甜品店消費越來越貴,但品質唔見得越來越好。大圍傅師傅甜品算係區內幾好既選擇,雖然只係一間小店,空間有限,亦坐得擠迫,但甜品選擇眾多,最重要係價格十分相宜!一般傳統甜品如豆腐花﹑芝麻糊﹑核桃露等,都係$30有找。筆者點左焦糖香芋西米焗蛋白,焦糖脆,蛋白嫩,仲有粒粒芋頭,好有咬口。傅師傅係節日仲營業至凌晨,黎緊中秋不失為一個消遣好去處,不過......應該都唔坐得耐

以前喺大圍讀書,成日都會去傅師父同同學食甜品。今日難得再經過呢邊,突然心血來潮,想買碗糖水回味一下。睇下個餐牌,傅師父嘅甜品款式比以前多左好多,亦都睇得出傅師父好努力追上紫薯熱、桃膠潮嘅大勢。不過我就想選擇返以前食開嘅甜品,加上天氣熱熱地,無乜胃口,所以買碗有水果嘅糖水,最後就選擇左蜜瓜世界。蜜瓜世界由蜜瓜,大西米和大菜糕組成。蜜瓜有9件,既甜又爽口,份量亦都算足夠;大西米軟硬度適中,有「趟口」;最敗筆係大菜糕,咬落去太有水感,好散,感覺唔夠實在爽口。整體嚟講,呢碗糖水談唔上有驚喜,但亦不過不失,其實有時候食嘢就係食回憶嘅味道,對吧?

甜品真係可以有第二個胃。係大圍有間想食左好耐既甜品店,一於開車去食食!花多眼亂!食咩好?就食個未食過既芒果梳乎里啦!分開時個質感都幾特別。入面好似粟米既其實係芒果粒!而件碟既芒果片微甜帶微酸,可能唔當造啦~雖然係蛋白打到發起晒,但係份量都大,食完都幾飽架!另外再叫炸雪糕~好飽!有三球,分別係朱古力、士多啤梨同雲尼拿味雪糕。外面有練奶同糖霜。炸粉都幾厚,所以好飽架!不過切開後雪糕就溶左一半。。。食到最後一舊,雲尼拿已經溶晒LU~

平時比較少去開大圍,今日黎到大圍食完晚餐,都想試試其他好野食😳所以就食個飯後甜品🍧之前聽講過師傅曾經喺半島酒店做過,所以對甜品素質都有一定信心。我地9點半左右黎到門口,比想像中罨耷🙈似係傳統中式糖水鋪,亦都唔算好多人,不過有兩邊鋪面,感覺上空間都大,容納到幾多客人。坐低之後點左一個凍朱古力梳乎厘同埋心太軟🍫點梳乎厘嘅原因完全係對凍嘅梳乎厘零認知,感覺好新奇😂過左5分鐘左右,梳乎厘已經到喇,好快手👍🏿一望落係超級大個,配埋雪糕同少少生果,$45都算抵食。個人覺得一試無妨,但始終熱食好食啲😳另外個心太軟同出面其他甜品店做法一樣,我地等左大概15分鐘,黎到一望落比外間嘅細一個碼🙈朱古力漿唔算太多,但勝在夠新鮮夠暖苙苙。食到底陣朱古力會超濃,濃到有啲over左,因為好痴口,都幾膩,食過最濃朱古力味嘅心太軟🍫🍫🤔有一點唔太鐘意嘅地方係好多甜品都用生果伴碟,個人認為味道唔太夾,不過整體上呢兩樣甜品水準都不錯,值得推介😋

話說因為要幫屋企做少少野,所以今日特別請左假入左大圍做野,做到2點幾3點要搵野食。親友話不如食個甜品,所以入左呢間小店度。第一個印象就係老闆勁好笑容一次過滿足我4個願望,有焦糖布丁丶窩夫丶心太軟同埋雪糕。焦糖布丁最有驚喜,口感好札實,蛋味好香好重,食得出超足料,唔似出面有D勁HEA的布丁味道同口感窩夫脆卜卜,食落口幾香,加上甜甜地雪糕同朱古力醬唔錯心太軟都幾出色,流心做得好出色,加上朱古力醬用得好,唔會太甜或者太苦,味道適中,好出色!

路經見到傅師傅甜品兩間舖位也坐滿人,負責人稱自己是前酒店糕點總廚,姑且入內試一試,但可惜真的很失望。鮮果千層酥一上枱已知道根本不是那一回事,是我吃過最難吃最失敗的千層酥。千層酥沒有味道,只有少少吉士,大部分都是忌廉。內有很大件蜜瓜、西瓜、哈蜜瓜和芒果,但只有芒果是甜的,其他水果都是淡而無味的。榴槤鮮奶焗蛋榴槤味不太濃郁,蛋味又不夠,焦糖燒得不均勻,簡直令人失望。總括來說,侍應服務欠佳,甜品未夠水準,我們應該不會再來了。

點知店員一句彈過黎話:我地鋪頭冇鮮奶咖!!


明明個糖水名就寫住鮮奶兩隻字, 點解鋪頭會冇, 咁係米即係鋪頭D糖水係買番黎既????

對呢間鋪頭真係好失望, 叫3個糖水, 3個都唔合格, 唔會再去, 相信大圍其它既糖水鋪會比佢好!!!!!

今日同朋友食完飯,點都要食埋個糖水,先係大完滿,傅師傅已經係我們第三次去啦,但係今次就相當不完滿,第一無叫位,早到就無位,遲嚟就先有位,攪到D客嬲爆爆,之前兩次去D伙記,都唔係好面口,今日平安夜去仲差,D甜品大力放低便轉身走人,但其實啲糖水根本就唔係我哋,而且不只一次,跟住就响度駡。最重要係D糖水,講賣相冇,講好味一般,可能因為多人,就溝多D水好唏只有個老闆係會笑,食咗62蚊,俾80蚊找8蚊。整體無禮貌加食物一般,所以真係無一次!

很久之前(大圍很小甜品店)……為了食這個千層酥,搭車入大圍食,現在突然想食(再點這個甜品食)


千層酥size 短左woo, 生果依舊多,
酥皮好薄好香脆,配上幼滑吉士cream,
好味!(最怕忌廉的甜,這個甜品用吉士,不太甜,吉士好香滑!)生果好多(士多啤梨,蜜瓜,西瓜)生果好甜

同老公&BB諗住order完豬扒拉麵和吉列魚拉麵再order甜品,長髮呀姐落單時,已告之餸另上,但佢落單時已態度敷衍,但兩個拉麵到時,不但只拉麵在我的BB車上過(我嗰仔在BB車上),吉列魚並沒有另上,她話我只是說了豬扒另上,而且餐牌上的魚枊是在湯麵裏的,(但其實餐牌上兩者也是在湯麵裏的),我問她是否新來的,她反而話我第一次嚟食,重要眼神兇住我,我自問十幾歲已來博師父食野,食到依家仔都生捏埋都專誠嚟幫襯,估唔到依家請d人係咁。結果我們食完兩個麵就去了第二間食甜品,大圍並不是只此一間!!!服務態度地恐怖!!!

又一個想食糖水的晚上,素聞傅師傅是酒店大廚級的甜品店,慕名一試。入到店第一個感覺就是說不出的殘舊感,懷舊稱不上,傳統又未算最傳統,坐下來看到的是「桃李滿門」這種甜品名字,果然與店環境很脗合。點了「炸雪糕」及「狀元窩夫配雪糕」,炸雪糕先來,嚇了一跳,份量很大,一看就知吃不完。炸物有三顆,切開後見到很厚的炸皮,很厚很粉,裡面的雪糕完全就是便利店能買到那些雀巢杯裝雪糕的味道,三顆分別就是朱古力,士多啤梨及vanilla, 好一個家庭裝雪糕的味道,最後當然是吃不完。男朋友的甜品及後來了,又是vanilla 味的雪糕,而窩夫是很厚那種,不脆不鬆軟,有點尷尬,卻又很頂肚,吃完後簡單像吃了一頓飯似的。這裡的雪糕不可以選味道,卻又是普通的雀巢雪糕,以他的價錢來說真的非常失望,現時隨便一家甜品店也會提供H 牌或M 牌雪糕,沒有不要緊,也可以提供一些不要那麼傳統的口味吧?香港人吃得刁鑽,甜品更加要日新月異,仍保留這些傳統模式的,要不傳統到底,要不好味到不行,傅師傅看來處於很尷尬的位置

以前大圍無甘多甜品舖, 傅師父開張簡直好似甘露一樣, 因為多款式, 而且真係好味, 仲記得果時真.傅師父Philip真係坐陣係舖頭架.同住係附近既少時朋友出黎吹水, 傅師父啦, 唔駛諗, 一坐低大家都叫番自己喜歡既甜品: 芒果梳乎里, 芒果雙皮奶, 同繽紛世界, 我指定食既繽紛世界都無乜走樣, 其實係雜果大菜糕, 純粹係隊長好鍾意食大菜糕, 如果大菜糕都走樣都好大獲, 不過生果就切得"那西"左, 是但切到大大舊扔落碗甘; 芒果雙皮奶都keep到, 無話雪完之後變得鞋烚烚, 芒果既份量都夠; 至於芒果梳乎里就走左樣, 梳乎里唔鬆軟, 變左入口一pat pat, 好似漿糊甘, 而且芒果味唔夠, 同以前食既感覺差好遠~雖然附近都開左好多甜品舖, 不過我呢位街坊都係鍾情傅師傅, 縱然佢水準下降, 但都未至於好難食, 而且仲有多同埋似樣既傳統中式糖水食, 呢樣係附近既甜品舖提供唔到的!
