食完飯,行左勁多路好熱又口渴見到傅師傅糖水就諗住食碗糖水休息下一睇餐單就覺得比以前貴左好多不過通脹加價都明既最後諗住叫碗腐竹蛋糖水簡簡單單又解渴點知黎到個下就覺得中大伏因為第一次見腐竹蛋唔係白色的個碗野完全係一碗糖水放d腐竹碎落去就當腐竹蛋糖水真係太誇張完全係得d糖水味,甜到嚇死人最後真係連食都食唔哂決定唔會有下次!

火焰雪山係其中一個會吸引我每次係大圍食甜品都黎到傅師傅的原因之一。外面係用蛋白發成泡泡再燒的有焦的顏色,再加D朱古力醬。裡面係類似紙包蛋糕包住冰凍的雪糕,外面係熱,入面係凍,冰火衝擊!真係好正!碟邊仲有D生果,好甜好多汁正!

中學時在大圍上學,放學/晚上偶爾也會來傅師傅吃甜品,但午餐時段來則是第一次。我點了一個吉烈豬排拉麵(鯊魚骨豬骨湯底),一開始看到鯊魚骨真是嚇了一跳,吃下去和普通豬骨湯底相近,加上些少酸味,個人覺得可以接受。吉烈豬排外皮煎到頗金香,味道當然不能和高級日本餐廳媲美,但算是中規中矩。一碗麵加吉烈豬排已經飽飽的,然後還有一個飯後甜品,今天是喳咋,料很多,吃得很過癮所以忘了拍照。以上這麼多只需$30!!姨姨態度也不錯,可以再光顧。🙈

今晚係大圍食完夜晚飯,跟住就周圍散下步咁。突然見到呢間傅師傅甜品小食,就諗住食個甜品先番屋企,我地睇完個餐牌,見有個楊枝甘露雪糕布甸好似幾特別,所以就即刻叫左黎試下。過左無幾耐,就上枱喇,外觀上都算幾靚,同埋都比較小見到呢種甜品係其他糖水舖出現。跟住一擺落食先發覺原來味道上都算係唔錯,楊枝甘露唔會太甜而且夠凍,食落甜而不膩;布甸夠硬身唔軟淋淋,食落有口感;可惜雪糕以比較快嘅速度溶化,呢樣真係有啲美中不足。不過如果咁岩經常呢邊附近不妨黎試下呢個甜品喇,因為都算係個有特色嘅甜品。

同朋友打完邊爐之後,大家仲想吹多陣水,於是去左大圍食糖水。因為係星期五,周圍都好多人,我地11個人,好難搵到位。呢間甜品鋪可以坐出面,可以11個人一齊坐。餐牌上既選擇都係d大路野,布丁啊,雜果撈,waffle果d...本來以為奶凍只係得一個奶凍,黎到過陣真係好surprise,個賣相好得,個奶凍上面有d cream同朱古力醬同水果,奶凍奶味好足,但朱古力醬稍微太多同太濃,遮蓋左奶凍既奶味楊枝金露都幾足料,好多柚子,個布丁好多芒果果肉,唔會太甜。都幾大份,三個人share都夠食,一次過食到布丁,楊枝金露同雪糕,好滿足啊!!!!

火焰雪山$58!一般。
炸雪糕$45!分量多但一般!(皮太厚了!)
總括而言:不是樣樣都咁好食,但有幾款確實不錯!!價錢合理,值得一試!

今日同屋企人去食甜品。結果伏味極濃……Order左一個香蕉卷,一個栗子西米布甸。不知為何,香蕉卷竟帶著點點苦澀味,本來以為係在下味蕾遲鈍,驟眼一看,原來表面係黑色的。內裡既香蕉餡又完全無味……本來已無食欲,但又不想浪費食物,只好狂蘸無味的合成吉士。栗子西米布甸……尚可接受。不過吾知點解有原粒栗子。只此一次,下不為例!
