平時同屋企人去飲茶都去酒樓多,今次老媽子朋友推介我們去黃大仙冬菇亭飲茶!此間利豐打冷小廚,充滿懷舊氣息,估不到其點心又真好味!其重點是二十四小時營業,任何時間都食到!喜啖牛肉球的我,第一時間先點此處出品的牛肉球都頗大粒,非常足料!而且咬落好有口感,令人食得好滿足!最重要加上喼汁,令到整個味道更加提升!芫荽如上馬蹄,更可增加牛肉球的香味以及口感!還有必食的絕對是燒賣啦!口感很扎實,皮薄且內餡好豐富,咀嚼感十足!最美味是加辣椒醬或者辣椒油一齊食,勁正!另外點了鳳爪以及春卷;鳳爪醬汁夠濃味,而春卷就外層十足的卜卜脆,味道真心不俗!

喜啖牛肉球的我,第一時間先點此處出品的牛肉球都頗大粒,非常足料!而且咬落好有口感,令人食得好滿足!最重要加上喼汁,令到整個味道更加提升!芫荽如上馬蹄,更可增加牛肉球的香味以及口感!

原來媽咪係為咗梅菜扣肉過嚟,梅菜最能送飯,所以梅菜扣肉配埋白飯真係冇得頂,肥豬腩肉油香真係齒頰留香,好味又邪惡😜😜客家人最愛呢😍

屋村內的食肆一向都是臥虎藏龍,今晚便來到黃大仙其中一間以潮州滷水為主打的食肆。可能正直晚飯時間,客人非常之多,需要搭枱,不過侍應將板間上,令客人食得放心。滷水鵝$98,鵝肉味道鮮甜,滷水不會太鹹,份量十足,剛巧廚師給了一隻鵝髀,非常滿足。土魷蒸肉餅$78,侍應將肉餅奉上時,已經嗅到魷魚的香氣,肉餅口感紮實,配上土魷便成了一道廣東家常小菜。韮菜花蝦乾炒鹹肉$90,九菜花爽口清甜,蝦乾又大又香氣十足,鹹肉脂肪分布均勻,如果再醎香一點,味道更佳。藍妹啤酒$30,啤酒靚女很窩心,幫我們清潔消毒了兩隻酒杯,加上啤酒很凍,起了雪花,用來佐膳,非常適合。

黃大仙屋村風味的冬菇亭,今日想懷舊一下,就來了食個廣東點心午茶。呢到都有幾間唔同的餐廳,呢檔利豐就主打飲茶點心一盅兩件,我見好多街坊都來食,而且午餐時段都有幾多人食。呢到茶位$5,可以坐室內或外,侍應姐姐好禮貌,食物款式都多。而且賣相都OK蝦餃,脹卜卜金錢肚味道唔錯,濃味又稔。羅白好好食,因為吸左D汁,非常滋味。牛肉腸粉,夠滑甜豉油好味。呢個夠熱好味道九菜餃,材料多,皮都算薄。有4隻大大件,$22都抵食山竹牛肉,點心之經典。雞扎,我的至愛,呢個都係今日最好味的點心,入面的雞、香芋都好味。
