我今日放假,一早約同好友去位於荃灣街市街37號地舖的劉興記生煎包專門店食美味爆汁蟹黃生煎包,環境舒適,坐得舒服。我點左個 糖醋炸排骨菜飯 $46,好友點左個 生炸雞扒湯麵 $42,另外點左 蟹黃生煎包2隻 $36,招牌生煎包2隻 $20,鮮雞湯小雲吞(12粒)$30,餐飲係凍豆漿2杯$20。排骨酥炸得皮香肉嫩,菜飯好食又健康;雞扒炸得香脆好味,上海麵粗身有咬囗;兩款生煎包都煎得底脆面軟,同樣係爆汁,黑芝麻的招牌生煎包餡嫩多汁,白芝麻的蟹黃生煎包滿口蟹香肉嫩又多汁,各有千秋。小雲吞好食,凍豆漿好飲。

諗住過左熱潮無咩人,點知平日收工都排左大約10分鐘咁當然唔少得叫返招牌生煎包、蟹黃生煎包面層灑滿芝麻同蔥花,前者包底烘到金黃色,一咬又真係爆汁,衰鬼~ 啲湯仲幾鮮甜蟹黃餡料都真係有蟹肉蟹膏,不過相對爆汁就無咁誇張但反而最驚艷嘅係生炸雞扒外皮好鬆脆,每咬一啖都sha sha聲,而且鎖得住雞扒裏面嘅肉汁,keep到好juicy~跟埋嘅蔥油拌麵,醬油偏淡,建議加醋吊起個味會更加好食糖醋排骨醋酸味好突出,應該用咗甜醋白醋調成,而且基本上排骨全部啖啖都係肉,食咗咁多舊先得一嚿有骨

荃灣街市街最近好旺熱到酷熱警告都幾乎日日都有排隊黨所以就留意到呢間街坊餐廳非常旺場不過就算等位都好快就入得多數人都係食完就走出面又多人嗌生煎包外賣嘢食抵食之餘份量又夠又飽肚碗菜飯同擔擔麵都好大碗但個人認為夏天比較啱食雞絲粉皮鍾意落少少醋嘅話又可以開胃啲不過生煎包就要食得小心啲一咬就爆汁有機會彈到對面我都目擊咗兩枱客有呢個情況發生舖頭寫明唔爆汁同店員講就有得換非常有信心!!下次行過買四粒生煎包做下午茶先

熱到酷熱警告都幾乎日日都有排隊黨
所以就留意到呢間街坊餐廳非常旺場
不過就算等位都好快就入得
