夜晚去買外賣,叫咗個$84蜜汁薯仔牛柳粒,一個$64清炒時令蔬菜(菜心),等咗25分鐘先至有,返到屋企一打開個菜心,份量極少,蜜汁薯仔牛柳粒水汪汪咁,同佢幅圖差超遠,牛柳粒得五粒😂,真係笑死我,味道方面,完全食得出落重味精。一共$148,完全唔值呢一個價,食完肚氣!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🤮🤮🤮絕對唔會再幫襯👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻,食佢隔籬嗰間牛腩仲好,又平又快手。 continue reading

今次試咗"半島冰廳"嘅咖喱牛腩煎蛋飯,同下午茶焗鮮茄豬扒飯,整體經驗一般。先講咖喱牛腩煎蛋飯,牛腩雖然焗得幾腍,但咖喱汁偏淡,冇乜香濃嘅咖喱味,煎蛋嘅熟度亦有啲過頭。整體嚟講,味道算係平平無奇,唔算特別出色。至於焗鮮茄豬扒飯,豬扒比較乾硬,冇咗應有嘅嫩滑口感。鮮茄醬汁嘅味道亦都只係一般,冇咩驚喜。下午茶嘅套餐選擇都算多,但整體味道未能超出預期。雖然食物質素唔算頂尖,但價錢尚算合理,對於追求性價比嘅朋友嚟講都算係一個接受嘅選擇。不過,個人就未必會再特地選擇呢度嘅外賣。總括嚟講,"半島冰廳"嘅外賣體驗屬於中規中矩,價錢合理,但味道方面仲有進步空間。如果你對食物質素有較高要求,可能要再考慮下其他選擇。 continue reading

呢間野,沙角半島冰廳,令我第一次忍唔住要寫feedback🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡呢碟野大家點都唔會諗到係東南亞名菜,海!南!雞!飯!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡呢間野係越來越多唔同款式既菜式,最近仲多埋四川/重慶烤魚同雞煲添,但係咪又係伏就唔知啦,因為唔敢試!叫左佢呢碟所謂”海南雞飯”,望落都唔知邊忽似海南雞,d雞肉酸到似普通白切雞,但難食過白切雞,街市既雙拼$28切雞飯仲好食過佢!而d飯呢?硬到可以咬崩你d牙😡😡😡😡 難食到嘔🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤑🤑🤑好心啦,$68一碟咁既垃圾?將心比己啦,佢整果個自問自己食唔食得落呢碟垃圾?有時真係唔想踩低本地飲食業,但大家有眼睇啦?呢d乜野質素啊?如果係大陸唔止好食又服務好之餘,如果你對店家不滿,人地仲會免你呢個餐錢添!但你唔會望香港d無職業道德既餐飲業免你錢係難過登天,你只希望得到唔係差劣既食物質素咁簡單啫!都係咁難!絕對唔會再幫襯呢d垃圾! 執哂都唔抵可憐🤬😡 continue reading

平時冇乜特別都唔會寫食評,但今次真係忍無可忍!日期: 2013年11月23日時間: 23:00 當日一如既往收工搵嘢食,平時食開劉萬利,但當日星期四例休,所以粗粗地去咗半島冰廳食,點知最後真係粗粗地……1)入到去,我見前面坐晒人,冇人坐嗰啲又未執枱,所以去咗後面度坐,點知比店員因後面清潔理由唔開叫返我坐前邊,於是我就坐左一張未清潔嘅枱,我等咗5-10分鐘先有人嚟清潔張枱。2)幫我執枱果位店員,邊執枱邊問我食咩,我照直講,佢完全無抄底,貪快貪方便咁聽完我講就講左一聲「好」,就行左去忙其他嘢。最後出事⋯3)出事:我等左10分鐘野食野飲都未到,遲過我入黎嘅人野食野飲都到左⋯人地仲要係炒粉麵飯⋯而我只不過係一個普通嘅碟頭飯,我無追單繼續等,直至有個店員主動問我叫左野食未,依下我要爆,我同佢講我叫左乜飲乜,之後佢行左去,過左一陣行返返黎問我係未入左邊張邊張枱?!又話唔知將我張單入左邊張枱⋯大佬呀!我唔係系度做嫁,我叉知你邊張枱打邊張枱咩,問都唔係咁問啦! (問我果個店員就係貪快邊幫我執檯邊無抄底果個,同一個人)之後又隔左一陣先比野食我,又隔左多陣先比野飲我⋯成餐宵夜谷住度氣食! d飯仲要係硬!總結:我本身都係做飲食業,1) & 2)我係知唔夠人手而完全理解。只係3)處理手法有問題!如果餐廳該老闆睇完以上食評,我呼籲你唔夠人手無錢請人就唔好做宵夜時段。 continue reading
