仲有墨丸鱔片炸魚皮……
樣樣都有返咁上下,
唔怪得d枱擺滿成條街!

食到一半,
雖然有少少飽飽地,
但損友話一場嚟到,
冇理由唔試埋個煲仔飯,
試咪試!
就叫個排骨煲仔飯,
損友居然話不如加條臘腸,
我就話不如晒冷,
唔爭在要埋潤腸!
結果一煲雙腸排骨煲仔飯,
令成枱人飽到上事業線!
好滿足!

友人前往澳洲前,我們5人組決定來個飯局,由在下找地方吃火鍋,要香港區又要平民價,當然是這裡!一行5人都愛吃牛,是夜點了不少牛肉!吃了的份量有2-3個M記托盤左右吧!我與酒友S先生先到,先點一枝泰象啤解暑!鍋底點了清湯和沙爹,再加一碗好吃的沙爹醬伴吃!食物方面點了3大碟手切肥牛,雖然不是油花滿溢但吃下去有牛味,當中也有點油脂,是美味的!除此之外,大家都是羊仔國的老同學,也少不了點些羊肉!其他食物方面,魚皮餃,手打蝦丸,生根,雞肉,鱔片.菜以及桂花蚌和珊瑚蚌,都有點選!湯底實在不特別,不過沙爹醬伴吃是很不錯的!各種食材都新鮮美味, 手打蝦丸雖然有點硬身但相當好吃和有彈性! 鱔片也很鮮味,很不錯!再追加了一枝酸梅湯,是店的名物,解渴清甜,比出面飲的比較濃一點!上次來吃時已賣清了呢!其實吃火鍋基本上用食材新鮮就是錯不了吧!這裡,吃3次都沒有失望!這店分室內外席,大排檔也不要期望好舒適,不過出品夠美味,已值得再來吧!

其實吃火鍋基本上用食材新鮮就是錯不了吧!這裡,吃3次都沒有失望!這店分室內外席,大排檔也不要期望好舒適,不過出品夠美味,已值得再來吧!

Party of five. We ordered the pork bone soup base, local beef slices, meatballs, clams, fish belly, live abalones, live shrimps, etc. It was overall good quality food for the price. All items were fresh. We sat outdoor in a back alley behind a garbage collection station. It was quite an experience!

這裡一直在列,因為天氣問題,一路都未幫襯。秋風起,係時候打今年第一次邊爐,就當然黎呢到試下。打邊爐其實無咩特別好寫,純粹分享下圖片。手切肥牛同埋本地肥牛,幾十蚊碟,份量算係咁,牛肉食落牛味十足,不錯的。羊肉片就無咩羊味,好普通。唯一試既丸,墨魚丸,係手打的。海鮮有花蝦同花甲,花蝦$138,有13、4隻,大大隻,生猛,自己買都要呢個價錢,抵食。花甲幾鮮甜,還可以。牛栢業爽口,不過碎了點。炸魚皮大塊,脆口。整體邊爐料都幾滿意下。呢到有煲仔飯供應,亦試左煲,有飯焦,飯焦迷應該滿意。其實係臘腸排骨飯,不過無咩臘油香,臘腸水準很不濟。店好小,大家都喜歡店外,更有風味麻。不過係垃圾站旁或者後巷,衛生方面,來這裡要有心理準備,唔好投訴啊。每人都係$200蚊,抵食。

正常黎講.. 會係四至五人就一個鍋, 鴛鴦湯底亦係慣常動作. 今次我地見張枱唔夠大, 一個gas爐都用左唔少位, 就黎試下九個人一個鍋.. 揀一種湯底因為咁多人一齊淥, 就算叫鴛鴦都撈埋一齊架啦. 所以一個 "蕃茄薯仔豬骨" 齊齊分.. 簡簡單單嘅一種湯底. 味道冇其他地方 d 骨煲咁濃郁, 沒有什麼突出...
其他食物相繼上場... 打邊爐大主角永遠都係佢 -> 肥牛.. $58 手切肥牛... 屬一般貨色, 肥肉分佈不甚平均, 手切牛, 肉味不夠濃, 有少訐筋... 令我想起"力奇火鍋"果碟手切肥牛.. 雖然協盛收 $58 一碟肥牛很真的平很多, 不過 d 肉味簡直係天淵之別..

手切唔滿意, 一定要叫埋 $78 特級肥牛 先得.. 肥牛啊! 唯獨你在火鍋中是不可取替的~~
呢碟..特級肥牛.. 就對哂辨喇.. 薄薄的一片片, 雪花均衡.. .. 當然, 佐敦"合興" 嘅 $188/$288, 同 "春秋" 嘅 $288/$388 果d 雪花牛同佢比 梗係高佢幾班啦. 不過, $78 呢個水準, 仲一樣咁大碟.. 唔好諗太多喇, 已經係物超所值... 抵食抵食...

黑豚肉.. 圓圓的一片片, 剛好用上豬骨湯底黎淥.. 感覺似日式拉麵d 叉燒.. 未試過咁食法都幾過癮, 因為平時食拉麵得果一兩片, 今次想食幾多就幾多, 呵呵~

雞腸也抵讚.. 條條都肥大有膏, 很有份量, 食落雞油滿溢...

鱔片竹笙, 如其他食評所言, 有水準.. 一定要叫~

另外有驚喜嘅係炸魚皮~ 大大片又脆口, 沒有太多碎濕濕的. 上一次食一碟咁有水平嘅魚皮係"春秋火鍋".. 我其中一間至愛火鍋店.. 很可惜.. 已不在了...
老友們談天說地, "烚下烚下" 咁就一晚, 總括黎講... 屬滿意嘅一餐
p.s. 由等湯滾, 再等d 野食黎, 再烚住等食, 一round 又一round.. 就咁由7:30pm 烚到11pm, 厲害!!

偶爾間行過這間大排擋,見到很新鮮的蝦做火煱的配料。在它的吸引下,坐下來打邊爐.....order了﹕生菜、牛栢葉、美國肥牛、四寶丸、魚肉、烏冬麵、珍珠蚌 (配鴛鴦火煱)生菜﹕菜是青脆的綠色,很新鮮﹗牛栢葉﹕不抵食﹗放入火煱裏縮得「非常」細小。味道一般。(建議不要叫)美國肥牛﹕拍得住手切肥牛﹗正﹗四寶丸﹕超正...............非一般的口感同味道,材料鮮甜。正﹗魚肉﹕超爽﹗唔食魚的人,相信也會愛上它。烏冬麵﹕勁......勁.....正﹗雖然係普通麵,但吸收了湯的精華,很入味﹗珍珠蚌﹕很爽,很新鮮,但貴了少少。以大排擋來講,衛生環境算是乾淨,可以食得相當安心。客人間飲酒狂歡,氣氛很好﹗無枸無束....

見到原來在我的不處,原來也有一些人氣食店,見食評激讚,無奈火鍋小菜,也是八面玲瓏,也襯天氣還寒寒的,來一個火鍋吧。去到店子時已是晚上八時多,見門口細細的正門,雖不太企理的,但本着食咗先講的精神,也入內一看,原來眼看的是假象,店員帶我們像穿過桃源洞一樣的來到另外的一個用餐的地方,比想像中好很多呢,至少比鴻褔好上很多呢。揭開餐牌,也有非常多湯底及配料的選擇,見有咸菜蕃茄豬腸湯底,當然不會錯過,另外也點了必叫的脆鯇及牛肉,另外也點了牛柏葉、四寶丸、生菜及竹笙。湯底是大大鍋的,夠豪邁,我喜歡的,若不是身有風寒,也來打啤酒啤一啤,今晚就喝湯好了,誰不知在喝一口湯後,是極其失望的,味道淡如水,雖然我點的不是什麼豬骨鍋,但湯底都好歹給我一點肉熬一熬吧,心想可不是在吃涮羊呢,而也慣性的吃一口湯料,咸菜不咸不甜,蕃茄沒有可能有問題的,而豬腸也是萬分的失望,在腸道中有異物及不良的味道,而且也不是我愛煙韌的口感,很差!真的不明白為何之前那食評中,刊登的同類型的湯底是美很多呢,而吃火鍋湯底做得不好,總分要高要吃得滿意就渺茫了。此處沒有大堆頭的混醬,只有豉油及磨碎的辣椒,簡簡單單的,沒有了蒜頭及茜蔥是沒有那麼香

此處沒有大堆頭的混醬,只有豉油及磨碎的辣椒,簡簡單單的,沒有了蒜頭及茜蔥是沒有那麼香的了,但辣椒夠辣,豉油夠濃,也不錯。

先談脆鯇及牛肉,脆鯇很足料的,切得大大片,一碟足足有十多二十片,魚肉晶瑩剔透,看樣子很對版的,但煮了一會,放進口中是另一回事,第一是魚肉真的是切得過厚了,咬下去的口感太聚而不脆,過厚引致另一個的問題是使表面的魚肉過熟了,有點「孩」口,不爽嫩,所以也吃得不爽快了。

同場的牛肉是特級的本地牛,常在吃火鍋時,見到別人在吃什麼雪花肥牛,當然其他人有其吃的自由,但本人覺得那些牛肉缺乏牛肉味,所以當然是選手切的本地特級牛,果然在輕灼過後,咬下牛肉不韌而鮮嫩,也充滿牛肉味,很好吃的。

另外的牛柏葉及生菜是不過不失,兩者也是鮮貨,但沒有為我帶上任何驚喜,假如伴着好喝的湯,應該會是妙品來的。四寶丸是墨魚丸、魚蛋、豬肉丸及牛肉丸,後三者也是來貨的,不是鮮打的貨色,只是普普通通無驚喜的,而墨魚丸看上去是手打的,咬下也彈牙有墨魚味,但絕對是有很大的進步空間的。

竹笙是一看已知是對版的,在街外吃火鍋很少見到那麼大條那麼公整的竹笙,大得是熟透了也不是很腍,但真的就是很爽,若有一個好的湯底,讓竹笙吸飽湯會更好吃。

總括而言,雖然環境不是太差,但以我而言,第一的考慮都是食物的味道,鴻褔我會再去,這兒就不會的了,純粹俾面牛肉,給它ok吧。

蠔油生菜: 呢個係bb既, 好難相信去打邊爐叫蠔油生菜呢!!!! 冇計喇, 一來佢又唔打,
二來bb好like生菜.
竹笙: 好大條, 唔知係唔係好事, 熟左都唔夠爽淋.

襯住夏天仲未到, 今日又話凍返, 即刻call埋朋友仔, 一同到協盛去打邊爐.例牌叫返個咸菜蕃茄豬肚湯底, 用料十足架, 大大件豬肚, 又厚肉又林身. 一碟本地牛肉, 喜歡它牛肉味比較濃厚一碟四寶丸 - 最正都係蝦丸, 夠鮮一碟魚片頭 - 有魚味, 夠脆又彈牙一碟生菜兩個大人, 兩個小朋友, 食到飽飽, 再行去找甜品我地打電話去訂檯果陣, 講左兩大兩小, 個阿姐都好好, 安排我地坐在室內較少人的位置, 很貼心呢.

1月22日(星期四)晚,是晚我在圖書館溫書至差不多九點,女友加班完後來找我,順便逛逛維園年宵。不知道是否因為我們都覺肚餓,還是年宵太多人和年年買的東西種類都是差不多,我們逛了不夠一個鐘已經離開。由於當晚天氣有點涼,我便提議去打邊爐,因為每次行過「協盛」見到好多人打邊爐好似好正咁,終於有機會試試。雖然已經差不多十點,但係「協盛」鋪內和後巷都坐滿人,我們等了約十至十五分鐘才有檯。由於有等候期間已決定了吃甚麼,但係叫手切肥牛和菜肉餃,阿姐都話賣晒,惟有叫特級肥牛($78)、雲吞、四寶丸和西生菜,湯底要支竹鯇魚窩,阿姐話要等喎,我說沒問題,結果火鍋配料到了湯底卻未到!再第多一陣,湯底終於到了,支竹不是太腍,湯底淡而無味,鯇魚是煎過的,一般而已,整體來說湯底很求其;特級肥牛果然物有所值,牛肉味重,肉質嫩滑,不韌,雖然份量不多;雲吞應該是自家製的,因為買相不是很美觀,每隻太約有兩隻不大不小的蝦加上少許豬肉,頗鮮味,皮亦算薄;四寶丸應該是墨魚、蝦、牛肉和魚旦,吃得出是手打的,每粒爽口彈牙,味道鮮美。其實單論食物質素,是絕對可以給,但是因為阿姐的善忘,令我們要的西生菜變成西洋菜,所以祇能給予OK。事緣

以前去過妁幾好所以今次再去,但係今次有些激心,我同三個朋友到協盛打邊爐,一去到個伙記就叫我係公廁果邊坐,我睇一睇直頭公廁門口,有無搞錯,跟住個阿叔仲問我"禁坐吾坐呀",我梗係吾坐啦,我轉身就走,跟住第二個走埋黎就話開張抬係另外一面比我,都吾知點解吾一早禁做,今時今既服務態度,吾得嫁喇.我地叫左個湯底後當然吾小得叫牛肉,手切牛一般,付近文記好味D.另外滑牛有渣 不太好食,不過總算有牛味$78細細蝶算啦 可以海鮮 好味新鮮 不過欠款式 , 對面 東明記款式多D墨丸 好好食有水準,GOOD鱔片 好新鮮不過小左些,得幾片其他配料都OK 埋單四人$879

Last nite I went to this 大排檔 with my 老公 at around 10PM after reading the reviews in open rice coz many people said it is good.There were still many people at 10PM!!!!!我地食左: 特級牛(no more 本地牛 coz we were too late), 美國牛肉, 墨魚丸+蝦丸, 象拔蚌仔, 金菇菜, 西洋菜 and Tofu.特級牛: 好好味, very soft 美國牛肉: 一般墨魚丸+蝦丸: 墨魚丸好彈, 蝦丸好新鮮!! 象拔蚌仔: 鮮甜 but we overcooked them 西洋菜: 老左DOverall food was very good, very fresh and 好有風味!!!! 我地食左: 特級牛(no more 本地牛 coz we were too late), 美國牛肉, 墨魚丸+蝦丸, 象拔蚌仔, 金菇菜, 西洋菜 and Tofu.

特級牛: 好好味, very soft

美國牛肉: 一般
墨魚丸+蝦丸: 墨魚丸好彈, 蝦丸好新鮮!!

象拔蚌仔: 鮮甜 but we overcooked them

西洋菜: 老左D

Overall food was very good, very fresh and 好有風味!!!! We both like this place.
老闆 is friendly and nice too!!

Highly recommend but MUST make a booking before visiting!!
We plan to go again very soon

Went there for hotpot on Dec 29th night with 5 friends. We sat inside, and to my surprise, the place is not dirty at all (eventhough I can't say it's clean, but it is very acceptable). Service of course is not worth to mention, and you shouldn't even put 'service' as part of your consideration if you plan to go to this kinda place. But to be honest, their service is just not too caring, they are NOT BAD.The quality of food should be the one that's matter. And this place sure didn't disappointed

Service of course is not worth to mention, and you shouldn't even put 'service' as part of your consideration if you plan to go to this kinda place. But to be honest, their service is just not too caring, they are NOT BAD.

The quality of food should be the one that's matter. And this place sure didn't disappointed me! All the seafood we ordered for hotpot were extremely fresh. Therefore it all tastes real good if you not overcook it. The local beef the waitress recommended were great, not too soft with abit chewy and full of beef taste. Another really worth to try is the homemade shrimp ball and squid ball dish, as you can really taste the texture of shrimp in the shrimp ball, and the squid balls are full of squid taste.

And more importantly, all the great foods are low in price!! The 6 of us were extremely full (had lots of foods and beers) and ended up paying only $130 each.
