疫情現在尚算穩定,多人聚餐也越來越回復正常。久違了的公司聚餐,這天總共有10多人,要有氣氛,又可以飲飽食醉,盡興而歸,首選一定係食海鮮。屯門三聖,價錢比起鯉魚門,流浮山,都更為合理。人多自然種類也可以選擇更多,我們在附近街市選好海鮮,就準備大快朵頤。吃海鮮最重要是新鮮,然後就是廚師的功夫,炸野方面,椒鹽鮮魷,咱美國桶蠔 ,炸漿厚薄適中,在油中浸泡時間得宜,所以外脆內嫩。白灼東風螺,蝴蝶蚌,做到每隻剛剛開口離殼,完全唔會老。全場最好味一定係豉椒蟶子米粉底,米粉炸得乾身,蟶子飽滿又滑口,處理得很好,汁醬份量剛剛好,充分滲入米粉,又不會造成過度濕潤。這晚大家都吃得盡興,是久違了的歡愉。

本身初來屯門置樂工作,第一次買海鮮去加工前,聽我老闆娘話聽過好多街坊話買海鮮比南記煮好正,咁岩當時班兄弟傾開想過來屯門食飯,我就係仁愛街市買左蟹/瀨尿蝦/大花甲/海花螺去加工成,避風塘炒蟹/椒鹽瀨尿蝦/鼓椒花甲米粉底/辣酒花螺。好有驚喜!好有水準!唔係普通酒樓既行貨,原本無諗過有驚喜只諗住整d香口海鮮同兄弟飲酒傾下計,但真係一路傾一路飲一路講呢餐好好食!我地食飯咁多年都真係少有出現。之後認識大廚基哥,基哥手野真係好好,我買海鮮比南記加工已經第4次,避風塘/椒鹽/辣酒花螺,佢都會比到一個好好既交代比我,樓面大佬同其他同事服務都好好。平時都睇開opr,禁入來置樂南記睇卻竟然無乜食評真係唔知點解。但請注意⚠️以上海鮮都係街市買入南記加工,南記本身無以上海鮮。

在疫情的底下全個香港忽然間變得好安靜 🙊🤫不過香港人好鍾意出街😅所以今日喺附近街市入貨,順便嚟試下呢間新餐廳支持下小店啦 😊其實當初行入嚟呢間餐廳主要係因為佢主打燒鵝 👍 本人亦極為喜歡食燒鵝 💖於是好奇心驅使下就入咗去😆一坐低餐牌都唔睇叫個例牌燒鵝試下先總括嚟講唔係咁差,但係胸肉都係有啲柴同店員講咗,師傅話呢個季節嘅燒鵝啲肉無可避免係會柴喎🤦‍♀️ 但係我喺深井食嗰間長期都咁好食🤷‍♀️第二樣比較有印象就係呢個煎肉餅 👍 份量幾大,煎得幾好食又唔鹹我都幾推介
