一入到呢間餐廳,我就被隨處充滿人情味嘅氛圍深深吸引。香氣撲鼻,食客嘅歡聲笑語,令我唔禁鼓起食慾。今次我黎到試咗幾款招牌菜,口水流晒一地嘅「老壇酸菜魚」真係贏晒,微辣啱啱好,好食到我忍唔住一邊食一邊喊「又酸又辣,真係正!」嘅酸菜魚湯底帶出魚塊嘅鮮美,而家想起嘅滑嘅魚肉令我心都融化咗啲🐟🌶🥣。跟住就嚟咗個「友義氣黃金蝦」,啫係外面金黃脆皮配上內裏嫩滑嘅蝦肉,簡直係香脆得滑,咸蛋黃嘅香濃撲鼻,令人一啖接一啖,捧唔住🍤✨。至於歎後甜品,「荔枝梳打」濃郁嘅荔枝味同清新嘅梳打完美融合,爽口得嚟仲有彈彈爆珠增加咗樂趣,真係飲到心都靚晒🍹💖。而「草莓乳酸」嘅滴滴酸甜都令我驚喜,唔會太膩嘅口感,順滑得嚟帶點小刺激,正!總括而言,餐廳嘅食物質素同服務都令我好滿意,啲味道真係夠哂正,舌尖上嘅快樂完全可以用「荃」來形容。我會樂意推介俾我啲朋友,食下次盤友聚會正啊!🙌🍽💫 continue reading

滑嫩貴妃雞 。冇肉 非常非常難吃~非常濃郁的,雪藏味道。建議大家,避開。全是骨 !但是環境不錯 。青瓜,還可以。凍檸茶 也不錯。有機會可以試試酸菜魚。應該不會失望吧??? continue reading

同屋企人係紅磡整完啲野,去左附近既餐廳食酸菜魚,之前都聽過朋友介紹呢間餐廳既酸菜魚,今日多人就再叫多幾樣野試下。5個人食左加大酸菜魚($298)、避風塘茄子($78)、椒鹽鮮魷($98)、尖椒炒牛肉($98)、蒜蓉炒萵筍($65)。酸菜魚好大兜,餐牌寫係海鱸魚,而且調味唔錯,都唔算太油。海鱸魚都唔少,入面仲有其他配料:大豆芽、寬粉個啲。炸野兩碟水準都唔錯,炸漿唔太厚,食到食物原味,調味又唔太咸,都算水準唔錯。蒜蓉炒萵筍以為係萵筍絲,點知係一舊舊,唔算太入味,應該絲會入味啲,但份量都可以。尖椒炒牛肉(唔記得影)最遲上菜,質素最一般,牛肉量少、尖椒多、而且牛肉比較乾、呢個就不太推薦。見隔離枱食烤魚,個樣都幾吸引,下次可以試下。 continue reading
