To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近成日都想食牛腩牛什,試左幾間都無間滿意,心思思想試呢間好耐,但見openrice又無乜食評,不過今日行過轉角的沾x記見到勁多人,完全無位坐,所以膽粗粗都黎試下呢間。呢間鋪頭好處係選擇都幾多,雲吞、各式丸類同牛類都有齊。叫左碗牛腩雲吞米,賣相唔算好靚,不過鮮蝦雲吞夠爽口,牛腩有少少韌,不過滷得入味得黎又唔會太鹹或者蓋過晒d牛腩味。至於個湯底,女仔可能會嫌佢多油,不過我覺得個味夠濃,有少少似豬紅味,好正,而且因為多油所以食完都仲keep到碗米係熱既!雖然價錢係土記黎講有少少貴,單併$19,雙併$24,不過因為間鋪人流唔算多,而且係誠意製作,所以我覺得都ok。想食雲吞既話都會幫襯返平d既沾x記,但想食牛既不妨轉個彎幫襯合隆

在紅土區有兩間"合隆",同樣是賣潮州粉麵,至於兩者是否有所關連,我就不得而知.土瓜灣的一間,在譚公道"大家食"對面,在此區已有十多年光景,可以算是土瓜灣另一老字號,這一帶正值新舊交替,區內的食店,好幾年已經大變身,如德昌魚蛋由小店做到連開分店,白宮依然幾十年不變,但另一邊廂的貴記,在上年成為歷史名字.此店賣的是潮式鹵水牛腩,牛雜,如果來吃雲吞麵,亦無不可,長期有特價,但是此店的淨牛雜,要賣成$50一碟,可以叫貴,因為這是土瓜灣,不是銅鑼灣,洋葵樓下的"新新",細碟牛雜只賣$30.不過,此店的其中兩味主打,是崩沙腩,同牛坑腩.不是太多粉麵店,在餐單講到明會有崩沙腩,崩沙腩肉質軟稔,而且更連帶膠質豐富,帶點爽口的薄膜位,兩種感覺,同樣兼得.做得又入味,$24一碗腩河,論價值當然是便宜.牛坑腩搭牛雜河也是不錯,牛雜做得入味之外,用料亦靚,牛肺爽口帶稔,沒有異味.牛腸保留著內裏的肥膏,甘香豐朕,牛膀軟稔,最為入味.至於牛坑腩的肉質比崩沙腩的實在,但亦不失鬆化,味道亦濃.住上此區十多年的我,到今天才肯定其價值,有心不怕遲,未來日子,會多點光顧.
