有驚喜,有水準,冇欺場,食得好满足中秋同家人食飯,不想再去一般的連鎖式酒樓,(因為次次都食得好氣頂,覺得嘥錢),想食私房菜。揾到這間在屋企附近的私房菜,又覺得食評推介的菜式幾啱食,於是决定一試。真好彩,竟然比我試到這間私房菜,第一度餐前小食(椒鹽獅頭魚)已經有驚喜,跟住其他菜式都有水準,味道剛剛好,不會太濃或太淡,食物冇欺場,食得到厨師的誠意,份量足夠,服務又好,一家人都覺得好满意。一定會有下次和會推介比朋友

真好彩,竟然比我試到這間私房菜,第一度餐前小食(椒鹽獅頭魚)已經有驚喜,跟住其他菜式都有水準,味道剛剛好,不會太濃或太淡,
食物冇欺場,食得到厨師的誠意,份量足夠,服務又好,一家人都覺得好满意。

一定會有下次和會推介比朋友

第一次到君煮食晚飯,每道菜色水準也不錯,尤其是那道懐舊小菜「仙鶴神針」,味道非常對胃,非常值得推薦。很用心及有誠意的私房菜,服務員態度也很友善,期待下次去試別的菜色。👍🏻

是咁的,公司樓下開左間新私房菜,於是決定同啲同事去食下,入面有幾個餸好食到不得了,無辦法唔推介一下。廢話少說,第一個招牌冰鎮鮑魚,實物比佢門口廣告嘅圖片更大,鮑魚入味有口感,仲洗到勁乾淨,啲女同事影左足足10分鐘先肯食,睇都已經值回票價。第二個雪蓮菇螺頭片燉豬𦟌,一睇落以為係家常小品,點知個湯清甜到無朋友。一飲就知無味精,連鹽都無乜點落,但係絕對夠味。第三個就係蟹肉炒魚肚,佢呢個菜係比大家好似泰式生菜包咁,用生菜包住食,再落少少乳豬醬,非常之有層次感。這裡不得不提,佢地啲生菜全部都剪成圓形,方便到不得了。整個菜都炒非常乾爽,蛋絲爽而不老,一顯大廚深厚炒功。整體黎講,啲食物基本上都係五星級酒店水準。家庭飯局,小型聚會呢度都會係好選擇。美中不足就係佢只有鑵裝啤酒提供,飲其他酒就要自己帶去喇。

D人話check個廚掂唔掂可以食佢個生炒骨。一見生炒骨係响個proposing menu裏面,已經知個廚自信十足。果然粉薄脆囗,加埋D細細粒脆脆雲吞仔,連嗰幾個唔食肉嘅小朋友都食得好開心!

跟著重有好幾個餸,都掛住食冇影到相。終於到湯水(其實已經飽到行唔到),好彩唔係嗰D飽飽杰杰嗰D糊,而係清潤嘅燉雙雪,Perfect!

總括嚟講,工業區收三四百幾蚊位聽落好似唔平,但係無論用料味道份量都真係好過好多酒店酒樓。一定有下次!

估唔到我第一次寫食評就寫私房菜,平時睇就多,寫就第一次。因為姑丈係隔離楝大廈返工,又因為係婆婆生日,想搵個唔會太人多既地方同佢慶祝,所以揀左君煮試一試。當然訂之前都有做少少research先既 我地訂兩圍,私房菜以人頭計。訂果陣老闆話我地都25個大人,果晚成個場留比我地。7點準時去到,好快就上第一度前菜,但係大家都好肚餓喇,所以無影到相呀,哈哈...四碟中其中有一碟炸魚係特別好味既,唔記得左個名。之後就係個個都影左先食既冰鎮鮑魚介蘭,鮑魚勁彈牙,每人一隻,如果可以食多隻就好喇。跟住到上炒蝦球,老闆話呢隻黑棕菌香港好少地方有得賣黑野米遼參就好受姑姐們歡迎,不過d小朋友就畀哂阿爸阿媽食,因為小朋友唔係太鍾意遼參個樣~好彩之後就黎左碟小朋友之最愛龍穿鳳翼,真係好好食,無骨架~正~超足灼料燉湯,見到哂花膠同螺頭炒飯伊麵又影唔到,狂風掃落葉,兩野畀佢地食哂。炒飯係佢地招牌炒飯,我d 表弟妹話好好食。總括黎講,每一味都好食,鮑魚同班朳係真係絃出色既。不過最好係老闆會為你介紹食材,同埋最重要汽水任飲,無切餅費,無開瓶費。第一次寫食評,希望寫得唔差
