To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日試咗呢間成日想試嘅舊式酒家，老實講，有D失望。好耐無食過柚皮，見佢又唔貴，於是就叫了柚皮鵝掌，柚皮OK，百零蚊貨仔絕對收貨有餘，始終太花功夫無乜師傅肯做，不過D鵝掌係就咁放D鵝掌落去煮，所以有雪味兼完全唔林。薑蔥魚卜份量就比想像中少，但係如果無記錯好似係唔洗$100，OK啦，但係D魚卜有D鯹，可能未必好新鮮。我地兩個人Lunch Time去幫襯，諗住叫多一個餸試埋佢D燒味，因為見隔離枱隻燒鵝好似好好食，於是就問個伙計有咩推介，點知佢就叫我地試吓呢個豆腐粉絲魚湯，咁咪又試吓law，一邊等一邊突然間招呼好咗，我立即心知不妙，跟住個伙計仲話佢地用D斑仔好新鮮，咁唔叫都叫咗，又睇吓幾多錢啦，個湯係唔錯嘅，不過要$27X，結果兩個人食個Lunch食咗$5XX，嚇了一跳，其實成件事如果佢介紹時講埋幾多錢會好好多。 continue reading

「和記海鮮飯店」係平時我地行街都行唔到嘅渡船角入面😂。我地一枱8個人叫咗 “燒腩骨”、”姜汁芥蘭”、“安格斯牛柳”、“姜蔥鮮魷”、“瑤柱蛋炒飯”、“楊州炒飯”、“椒絲腐乳通菜”、“招牌炸蝦餅”、“椒鹽九肚魚”、“魷魚炒麵”。我覺得最特別嘅係魷魚炒麵，好似肉絲炒麵咁嘅做法，不過將肉絲變成魷魚，一樣脆卜卜，一樣咁好食。😋飯店有好多款菜式，基本上講得出嘅大部分小菜款式，呢間飯店都可以做得到。🥳 呢間飯店炒工一流，好有鑊氣，好食又抵食。 continue reading
