這夜來到灣仔的品粵居食晚飯,環境不大,但座位都很寬敞,坐得舒服,見到也有很多枱都是一圍圍很多熟客。看餐牌見到這裡有魚翅食,十分有興趣呢。我們點了- 宮廷濃湯雞煲翅 (4位用)這個雞煲翅足足有8兩翅,餐廳先給我們看魚翅的份量,然後放進雞湯煮,雞湯很濃郁很香,魚翅很爽口,不錯- 歧江燒乳鴿一件切開有4件,很香,而且附有調味料,增添風味- 薑蔥海參豚肉煲海參與豚肉這個組合很新鮮,想不到味道很惹味,海參很爽口- 西蘭花炒鮮魷蝦仁賣相很美,蝦仁大大粒很鮮,鮮魷肉質很爽脆,西蘭花炒得很香。
