元朗呢頭勁多野食,見呢間店係韓國人主理,應該好地道,就同朋友黎食。佢地出名部隊鍋,叫左一客,有芝士、kimchi、韓國火腿、腸仔,個湯有好濃既kimchi味,少少spicy,中意食kimchi同spicy既人唔可以錯過。炸雞叫左兩款味道,一款係honey butter,另一款係甜酸炸雞,雞好juicy,份量岩岩好夠2人share,調味唔錯!店員見我地差唔多食完野,就幫我地炒飯,係我地面前加kimchi同紫菜炒,好有風味,味道非常之得!飲品方面好多韓國既飲品,樣樣都幾好飲。甜品係本地既哈蜜瓜,都幾甜。呢度服務好,老闆娘仲送我地出門口添。

最近有幸造訪位於元朗的韓式餐廳「哦吧OPPA & POCHA」,呢次用餐經歷讓我對這家餐廳留下了深刻的印象。首先,一入到餐廳經已受到很親切的招待(應該是老闆娘,飯後閒談得知她是韓國人),枱面放滿各式各類的韓式前菜,頓時令我流曬口水🤤接住落嚟就講下各種招牌菜,首先係「醬油蟹」,老闆娘話佢哋嘅貨源都係由韓國直接運送過嚟,尤其係醬油蟹呢類食材,稍有處理不好都會令食物變質,但呢度嘅蟹肉肥美飽滿,在醬汁的浸泡下更添鮮美!我再配搭明太子紫菜飯,簡直就係韓式料理的完美詮釋。跟住,就到品嘗「牛肋骨煲」。這道韓式菜將牛肋骨慢火燉煮,直到軟嫩入味。肉質鮮嫩多汁,配上濃郁醇厚的湯汁,簡直是一道令人沉醉的comfort food。我亦品嚐咗「海鮮煎蔥餅」。這道菜將新鮮的海鮮和蔥花完美融合,煎至外酥內嫩,每一口都飽含海鮮的鮮美滋味。蔥花的清香與海鮮的鮮味形成了美妙的和諧。以上嘅菜式加埋生果足以令我飽到上心口,而且仲回味無窮!眼見其他食客在品嘗其他菜式,我早已決定一定要再來幫襯,就係為著品嘗更多的美食!

最後,飲埋兩杯韓國特色嘢飲,一杯提子汁又酸又甜,一杯梨汁清新爽口,又唔會太甜,頗清爽呢!
