真係冇得頂呀,如果大家想食醉雞翼,真的一定要試吓呢間,-啲都唔鹹,帶點甜味,淡淡嘅酒香,原來係玫瑰露加紹興酒(如果我冇攪錯),連最邪惡嘅雞皮,因為整得實在太爽口,-丁點兒膩嘅感覺都冇,所以唔捨得唔食埋佢,仲-口氣食哂5隻,但都覺得👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼,有機會大家-定要試吓,我都係我妹妹食過話非常好食,我先至試吓,果然👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼,會再專程去買呢😋其實,另外還有很多款雞,有骨同冇骨呢😊🙏🏻

今日趕時間咁啱經過就買咗個肉燥雞扒飯本身諗住醫肚就算,點知有驚喜。肉燥送飯一流,不過同平時岀面食開好濃味嘅唔同,呢個係啱啱好,唔會好肥膩之餘仲有啲香料嘅香味。除咗平時啲香料味,食落好似有啲香茅定子薑之類,帶輕微酸味,食落更開胃。雞扒都有驚喜,本身以為會係好普通一塊無味急凍雞扒,點知好香香茅味,雖然係炸嘅都無話好肥或者有陣油味最中意係隻流心蛋,真係流心蛋黃,不過因為其他嘢比較濃啲,變咗食落隻蛋就淡咗少少,下次應該食咗蛋先。不過都食到有陣香味嘅。整體配搭都幾唔錯,份量都頗多,女士可以兩個人share,男士都夠飽肚。呢個價錢,銅鑼灣嚟講性價比高,有驚喜。

本身諗住醫肚就算,點知有驚喜。

最中意係隻流心蛋,真係流心蛋黃,不過因為其他嘢比較濃啲,變咗食落隻蛋就淡咗少少,下次應該食咗蛋先。不過都食到有陣香味嘅。


整體配搭都幾唔錯,份量都頗多,女士可以兩個人share,男士都夠飽肚。呢個價錢,銅鑼灣嚟講性價比高,有驚喜。

路經銅鑼灣見到一間幾特別的小店,有多種唔同國家食物,店舖整潔,出餐時間算快,店員友善,說他們全部由幾個鍾意整嘢食的人用心製作,不時推出新產品。今次我先食了他們的酒糟雞翼,用玫瑰露浸特別香同有淡淡的甜味,35元有5隻。另外再買了滷水腐皮,20元都有唔小腐皮,夠淋入味唔會太咸,聽收銀姐姐介紹了很多款唔同的海南雞和秘製肉燥飯,我對他們的無骨醬油特別有興趣,下次一定要試下!還說他們買飯可以用優惠價換購小食。

竹鹽香妃雞雞味香濃,雞肉嫩滑淡淡肉,聽佢哋老闆話系用海南雞加上竹鹽來處理嘅,唔怪之得食嘅時候就感覺雞肉身上多了一層竹鹽的咸香味,雞香味濃,其實雞肉已經很夠味,唔需要點任何醬汁都已經很好味,但原來加咗很特別的姜蓉令到味道更加提升good 。鹵水腐皮香軟有嚼勁,鹵水味唔系好重,啱啱好,可以食到腐皮本身清香嘅豆香味。柚子蓮藕片清爽脆口,有淡淡嘅柚子和橙味,味道好清新,尤其吃太多油膩時,更是不可或缺的小菜。
