四寶食堂這間店位於銅鑼灣地鐵站附近 ,位置十分容易到達。餐廳裝修以湖水藍做主調, 十分適合打卡,拍照。他們的餐單十分多樣化,下單前都糾結了很久, 每一樣都想試一下。 而且他的價格在銅鑼灣裏性價比也很高。最後我叫了一個豬肋骨配薯條, 豬肋骨烤得十分鬆軟,鮮嫩多汁,進食不會弄得很狼狽,而且份量也很足!!薯條十分酥脆,平時不喜歡食粗薯的我,也整份食完了。最後我還加了個巧克力特飲,和雪山多士。😍😍😍那個巧克力特飲巧克力味十分濃郁,混合上面的奶油,口感順溫,覺得挺值得加錢試一下。最後的甜點「雪山多士」為這頓飯畫上完美的句號~上面冰涼的香草雪糕配上剛煎好的多士,一冷一熱配合得剛剛好,而且也代替了糖漿,所以不會太過甜。這裡的多士都比較厚的,食下去口感滿滿的~😂十分滿足~餐單上的意粉和滑蛋飯都非常吸引,下次會再來嘗一下😍😍

而家間唔中星期五都會去所謂嘅比賽,其實只係柴娃娃度玩幾局,地點響南華會。每次都會約埋一班同事一齊食個飯先出賽。今次因為平日負責膳食嘅朋友仔嚟唔到,所以冇人決定嘅情況底下就求其揀咗呢一間。(以為佢係平時嘅茶餐廳有茶餐食嗰種。)見都係嗰啲類型嘅嘢啦,點知原來冇我想食嘅茶餐(即係有碗麵炒蛋多士嗰啲囉⋯⋯)咁就大鑊啦,我呢啲選擇困難症嘅又好少會揀個飯食,終於退而求其次想揀一個咖喱豬扒飯,明明佢幅相有炒蛋有配菜,點知落單嘅時候佢話講明先係冇炒蛋同配菜嘅,咁即係圖片與事實不符啦!(但係佢又事先講明,冇得同佢嘈)嬲嬲地唯有揀過第二樣,結果揀咗蔥油豬扒飯太陽蛋 (因為我鍾意沖油撈飯囉)其實齋食個飯仲好食,佢個豬扒雖然好大塊,不過切開似人哋冰咗好耐既肉咁、全靠佢外面嘅醃料,令到佢似返舊豬扒😞又係見到人哋食,總係覺得人哋嗰碟好食啲,早知我食滑蛋叉燒飯啦,肯定唔會難食先啦,又唔使自己切又有滑蛋又有汁撈飯😝

I expected a much more satisfying butter-to-bun ratio. The joy of sinking your teeth into that perfect combination of textures and temperatures was completely lost. Instead, I was left with a dry, underwhelming experience that did not live up to the cha chan teng's reputation for this signature dish.

I truly don't mind paying a bit extra if it means getting a more generous portion of that rich, creamy butter. Pineapple buns with butter are a Hong Kong institution, and this cha chan teng needs to do justice to this beloved classic.
